Nice house in a nice little town.

The house was right in the centre of Saltburn and has parking (but is tight) and a secure dog friendly yard, clean with a well equipped kitchen we liked this house. If arriving by train it's probably closer to the platform than the ticket office, the Thai close by nice food .

Couldn't find any oven gloves.

Our go-to place to stay in Saltburn.

Ideally placed opposite the rail station and very close to shops and restaurants. Have stayed here before and likely to again. Saltburn is very nice and also handy for other places along the coast between Middlesbrough and Whitby by bus or car. Train connections via Middlesbrough or Thornaby.

A bit late receiving the keybox code owing to patchy mobile connection. Took a few attempts. Once in, all was fine. This time we paid the compulsory breakage/ damage insurance up front as part of the price, which was better than last time when this was an unexpected surcharge.

Relaxed break to Saltburn with dogs

The cottage was in a perfect location, opposite the train station and central, near bars, restaurants and shops and 5 minutes to the cliff tops. It had everything required for a relaxed holiday. Clean throughout, wifi, good information, spacious, outdoor patio area with seating, all the facilities for a self-catering break.

Station view Saltburn.

The location in Saltburn was excellent, very central and close to all amenities, railway station and Sainsbrys opposite the property.

We found the property to be smaller than it appeared in the photos. The kitchen looked new, with all modern units; however, we felt that the table and chairs in the kitchen were a tight fit, making it difficult to access the back of the property. We believe that placing the dining table and chairs in the lounge, alongside just a sofa and a small chair, might be a better arrangement. Although the sofa was well-used and comfortable, we found it too low and struggled to get up from it. The bedrooms were very well decorated and adequately suited for our stay. The bathroom was clean, and both the bath and shower worked well. The only downside we experienced was the noisy boiler and toilet system. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.

Perfect property in a great location

Station View was perfect for our short break in Saltburn. The property was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The location is great - central in the town and only a short walk to the beach. I was initially a bit concerned about how close it was to the station and whether it would be noisy, but we didn't hear anything at all. I would highly recommend Station View, and we would definitely book again.

It was a great weekend helped by the quality of the accommodation

Excellent position in the centre of Saltburn . The cottage was modern and clean with great shower and bath facilities. The only thing is the pillows could be a little better but minor issue
