Location was great for town centre, sea and supermarket.
Most facilities were fine
Coffee machine was good.
Parking on road was free and spaces available.
Smell. Thought it was drugs (weed) but may have been the drains. Awful smell from the shower. Plumbing issues with the kitchen sink too.
Door to flat was stiff and struggled to get it open to leave (fire hazard).
Third bedroom was in attic and was very hot and window wouldn't open.
Lots of stairs, not mentioned, and luckily we were fit enough for these.

The Apartment was just perfect, clean, had everything you needed and close to everything, all at a great price. Parking on the road was ok, spaces available. Would definitely recommend this Apartment to anyone.

Good size walk in shower
Big windows in living room
Entrance door said it all with peeling paint.
General air of ‘charity shop’ furnishings.
Shabby carpet in my bedroom. Shower bracket missing so only rain shower worked.
Lack of accessible electric socket near mirror (it was in a corner by side of wardrobe and almost impossible to reach)
