We loved Saltburn, loved the accommodation and looking to return for longer next year
Wonderful location and beautifully furnished. We felt immediately at home and comfortable.
Empty promises from other reviews, still no wine glasses, scissors, oven mitts and just a single oven rack. Not an issue for us, drank wine from a normal glass instead, had brought scissors and oven gloves with us and had a couple of wonderful takeaways from the amazing food places nearby (curry from Spices was absolutely delicious!)

Simba stay
Lovely property in a well placed location for the town centre and beach. Parking is easy outside the property, but I can see this may not always be the case in busy times.

Very spacious and attractively furnished. Coffee and milk always appreciated.

Could be lovely with some attention
The house is in good location & a good size. Bathrooms are great.
The house is not very clean with dirty sticky windows and areas needing extra attention, the fridge freezer was dirty with crumbs inside. First impressions, shabby front to the house and rear yard scruffy. Smell of drains when you walk in. Lack of kitchen equipment, blunt knives, one wine glass, two champagne flutes, no scissors. Decoration cheap looking fixtures, furniture and furnishings.

Great place to stay for our weekend away.
Great location, comfortable lounge and fabulous big bedrooms, top floor suite was brilliant.
Kitchen was lacking a few items, no scissors, oven gloves, not full sets of glassware eg only 3 wine glasses. The oven and oven rack were dirty, needed a good clean.

We all said we would definitely stay there again.
The house was outstanding in decor and comfort.
We didn’t have any or couldn’t get any internet on the Saturday so for the children we couldn’t get the tv to work. On the Friday when we arrived and the Sunday when we were leaving it all worked well. It was only a small niggle.

Just needs a really good clean, and the little things sorting, it’s a shame as it is a lovely house in a great location.
Great location, big bedrooms
It needed a really good clean, a really dirty bin, floors not cleaned properly and a broken wine glass left on the kitchen top. Not enough hand towels for the bathrooms. There was only one shelf in the oven . I did contact and send pictures and was offered a clean, missed the point we wanted it clean on arrival not while we were there.
