An absolutely fabulous house. Couldn’t fault it!!

An amazing house with everything you need. We had a fabulous girly weekend. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Nice and bright, beautiful views, good layout. Well equipped kitchen. Smart bedroom..very clean throughout.

There was nothing we didn't like, but there are a couple of suggestions to further improve the experience: -Hooks outside for towels/robes while in the hot tub. -Small table near the hot tub to put drinks/phones/speaker/light etc. -Heated towel rail for costumes and towels. - Pantry essentials e.g cooking oil, extra kitchen roll, small bag of sugar, rather than little sugar sticks. Maybe some kitchen foil or grease proof paper for cooking trays.

Very relaxing

The property is a big size and very clean. It provides a lot of what you need such as towels, cloths, soap etc. Has a big oven, lots of hobs and a microwave. There is a big sized fridge freezer. The garden is a big size. Hot tub is amazing!

Our dog is very small and was able to get through the fencing so had to keep him on a lead on the garden. Our dog is only a chihuahua so if you have any other dog you will be fine.

Superb

It was well equipped with everything you could need. The view and hot tub were great and the surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful. Very dog and baby friendly too. The guest book also had good recommendations for nearby farm shops, restaurants and day trips which was useful.

There was a lot of flies around the garden, which is to be expected given the location and time of year, but a wee bit annoying nonetheless!

We enjoyed the whole visit. Location brilliant. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Cottage was awsome and the facilities and cleanliness were exceptional. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Perfect

Cottage was perfect for us. Very clean, lovely setting. Tea/coffee provided on arrival. We called on arrival and cottage was open with keys inside. We stayed in Bramble cottage - 2 lovely en-suite bedrooms and a third twin room and further bathroom. Plenty of seating. Outdoor space with hot tub - very private.

fantastic weekend away beautiful views and a beautiful cottage

A group of 6 of us stayed here for 3 nights in the bramble cottage to celebrate a 60th birthday. We wanted a relaxing chilled weekend with friends and family and that’s exactly what we got! Everything was perfect very clean and well equipped with all the essentials you need. We had our little dog with us and went out in the surrounding area for walks the views were beautiful. the views from the property were also beautiful specially when relaxing in the hotub! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again in the future the owners were on hand and very pleasant and helpful too!

Peaceful location

Beds very uncomfortable, some fixtures looking tired. Certain areas not cleaned properly I.e kitchen table, sofas, Only free view on TV. Garden very open to the elements, unable to use hottub at times due to the wind.

Lovely cosy stay

Really lovely place to stay, we stayed for 2.5 weeks due to a house move and it had everything we needed. Stunning views and very comfortable. We used the hot tub every night and it was lovely to have a Christmas tree!

The cottage is in an excellent location as a base for exploring the area. It was very peaceful and quiet and well equipped. It was very clean and comfortable, and the addition of a hot tub was a great facility.

Peaceful and relaxing in beautiful surroundings, nice garden to relax in and a brilliant hot tub.

The location was perfect. There was beautiful countryside all around us. The property exceeded our expectations. Sharon was very attentive and welcoming when she came to greet us. There was an issue with the non stick pans that was rectified the next day. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware.

Not a criticism but it would have been nice to have egg cups and a potato masher. Not a show stopper though.

Damson cottage .

Caroline met us on arrival showed us how everything worked. Cottage was wonderful especially the hot tub Very close to places to visit nothing more than 30 min away. David met us on departure and wished us a safe journey home.

We found the kitchen cupboard shelves a little hard to reach as a bit high . Maybe a small fold up stool would be useful ? Also could do with a handle on the wall in the bath .
