The house was lovely

Sofa was uncomfortable Bed was uncomfortable Lights in bedroom and bathroom didn't work

Location was very convenient. It was nice to have a house to myself rather than a hotel that I usually get. Area was nice and quiet.

Nothing Major or worth mentioning. Was a decent stay.

The location, the size of the rooms, the simplicity. Easy to park, quiet.

The kitchen could do with a deep clean and it all felt a bit sticky. It had a feel of a student house -not bad but it has the potential to be a delightful property to stay in. The only real issue was the curtains in the bedrooms. They really needed to be wider and thicker as they let so much light through and the small bedroom only had white Venetian blinds, and no curtains, so it was like daylight at 11pm (in late June). We are used to sleeping in pitch black as we have shutters at home but even for a typical British house, this was just too light. We were not given the key lock code in advance so I had to call the owner on arrival. He gave me the number and texted it so it was not an issue, however if he had not been contactable, we would have been stuck.

Many bedrooms, clean, towels and sheets available.

We were promised a cot and received it way too late. The shower didn't work due to the pressure, so we always had to have a bath. No coffee machine. No bottle opener (we bought one) and the smell in the kitchen was odd.
