Great property, clean, light & bright

Great location as used to visit family in Acklam. Lovely and clean. Very spacious, lovely little garden for dog. No complaints, have rebooked

Great place. Would definitely recommend.

It had everything there we needed. We took more than we needed, eg, washing up liquid cloths and bags, but all was supplied. We had an issue with one of the beds on the first night. Could not send a message through booking.com, so I had to text the owner. He was great. The maintenance team didn't do the job, so he came out, and he and my husband built a new frame. Great guy, really friendly.

Not being able to send messages through Booking.com was really frustrating, but I got it sorted. The only note I would add would be i couldn't find any scissors to open things.

Very good weekend stay.

Vey nice kitchen with dining area. Fresh towels, beds made up really neatly. It's a really nice house. It was also very quiet. There are a lot of parking spaces.

Ideal for what we needed!

It was ideally located for us to attend a family gathering. The hosts were very communicative and check in was very easy. The house was a good size so we could each have our own space, beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The area was very quiet. The kitchen was lovely - it was good to have dishwashing facilities (these are often not provided!)

These are not dislikes, but suggestions… The house doesn’t seem to be equipped for the number of people that could stay there. There weren’t enough dinner plates, for example, and not enough seating downstairs- only two stools in the kitchen and a sofa plus two ‘occasional chairs’ in the lounge. It would be beneficial to have either blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. Also, perhaps consider leaving salt, pepper and cooking oil in the kitchen?
