Holly Barn

We loved everything about Holly Barn. Everything we needed was there and it was so comfortable. Needless to say the hot tub was a great hit!! The surroundings are spectacular and the wildlife a joy!! We felt very relaxed and our 11yr old Golden Retriever was completely safe in the garden. We would highly recommend!!

Lovely weekend away

Great location, pet friendly, lovely hosts, beds were really comfy. The views from the Hot tub were lovely

Could do with TVs in the bedroom & more outside lighting (nothing we didn’t like but felt these additions would be great)

Quiet retreat in the country with great facilities.

Location was 15 mins from large supermarket and in the middle of the country. Great walks nearby and a lovely quiet location. We went to concert in Stockton and then got taxi back (£36 for 6 seater taxi - took about 20 mins). Lots of good cycling nearby on quiet roads and we also went to the coast at Saltburn (30 mins). Fab large hot tub.

Fantastic stay in relaxing surroundings

The property is lovely in a fabulous location, it was so quiet and relaxing. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and the property has everything you could want for a short or even long break. We travelled into Yarm for lunch one day but the location is perfect if you want to be central to visit a few areas such as York, Durham, Newcastle.

One section of the hot tub was not working while we were there, it didn't cause us any issues but if there were more guests then perhaps one of the other cottages has an updated one.

We love comming think this is the 4th time, great all round location and fab for the dogs.

Been before and will go back again, love the peacefulness, and pretty views across the valley also knowing the dogs are safe in the garden.

Nothing, if been really picky one washing powder tablet would of been nice.... I forgot ours this time.
