A very comfortable and clean home from home. A good location only a couple of streets back from the seafront. Importantly, the beds were comfortable enough (2 of the 3 beds are only small doubles, but that was fine for us). Spacious kitchen area. Some of the cooking implements had gone walkabout (there was a list), but when we requested replacements, they were quickly brought round.
Instructions for the central heating would have been useful. It was a bit too warm and we couldn't work out how to change it!

Location was great 3 minutes walk to beach.
2 minutes to park.
Great for families with kids.
Local cockerel crows loudly very day from sunrise onwards.
Bring some earplugs!

Great house, exactly what we needed, facilities fantastic, comfy beds, shower/bath all good, kitchen has everything you need.
Think it's been mentioned before, there's a cockerell somewhere close that you can hear alot
Quite a lot of seagull noise through the night, obviously coastal so cant be helped
Also there's a break in a joint on the guttering above one of the bedrooms so can hear it drip on the bay window below for hours after it rains.
