Very good

A very comfortable and clean home from home. A good location only a couple of streets back from the seafront. Importantly, the beds were comfortable enough (2 of the 3 beds are only small doubles, but that was fine for us). Spacious kitchen area. Some of the cooking implements had gone walkabout (there was a list), but when we requested replacements, they were quickly brought round.

Instructions for the central heating would have been useful. It was a bit too warm and we couldn't work out how to change it!

Weather was great , we had a lovely family holiday on the beach.

Location was great 3 minutes walk to beach. 2 minutes to park. Great for families with kids.

Local cockerel crows loudly very day from sunrise onwards. Bring some earplugs!

Great stay

Great house, exactly what we needed, facilities fantastic, comfy beds, shower/bath all good, kitchen has everything you need.

Think it's been mentioned before, there's a cockerell somewhere close that you can hear alot Quite a lot of seagull noise through the night, obviously coastal so cant be helped Also there's a break in a joint on the guttering above one of the bedrooms so can hear it drip on the bay window below for hours after it rains.

Great house with a very well equipped kitchen. Lovely comfy beds. One negative. I could murder that Cockerell.

Highly recommended

-The house is in a nice, quiet area. -Its a 5 minute walk to the beach and a park for dogs. -It was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. -Check in was really easy and the house was easy to find. -It was mostly very clean. -Parking was really easy. We could park right outside the house for the whole stay. -Communication was good. When I asked for the lockbox code the reply was very quick. -Smart TV with all the apps. -Good, strong WiFi Would definitely recommend this house and stay again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here so the following are only minor issues: -Could do with some coat hooks. We had to hang them off the back of the kitchen chairs trailing on the floor -Hairdryers would also be really handy -There were a couple of places the cleaner had missed; the toilet brush hadn't been rinsed and still had previous guests mess on it, cutlery needed a re-wash and there was a huge cobweb behind the door of one of the bedrooms -Had to ask for the lockbox code as it hadn't been sent yet with only a short time until check in -Couldn't access terrestrial TV
