Lovely clean and comfy stay.

The house was very nice and clean, the beds were very comfy with plenty of space, and all in all it was a great stay. Super easy to access and the neighbour was very friendly!

Would not hesitate to use again!!

Perfect place to stay for what we wanted. Walked to and from the venue (ARC) in around 15 minutes, grabbed take away food on the way back, sat in the well equipped kitchen to eat before calling it a night and climbing into the comfortable beds. Excellent place to stay at a very generous cost.

Can’t fault the property at all for the price paid.

Not a good start, but all sorted quickly.

Nice house, good size rooms including the kitchen and off-road parking. Quiet area. Upstairs bathroom and downstair toilet.

On arrival, our code didn't work to get the keys. After a phone call and two attempts, we got the keys. As soon as we got in the door it was clear the place had not been cleaned, lots of washing up left, no toilet tolls and all beds slept in. After another phone call, a cleaner arrived within the hour with a key so we were free to go out. On return later, everything was clean, washing up done, beds made, clean towels, etc. I thoroughly recommend this cleaner! Still no toilet rolls, so we bought a pack and left them there. Shower was lukewarm, but the house was toasty warm so we managed.

Great stay, very convenient

Great location, warm and plenty of space.

Sofas were uncomfortable and poorly made, blinds were also very cheap and didn’t exclude all light. Terrestrial tv would have been a bonus.

Lack of basic facilities

Convenient location it was clean

The main issue was the lack of hot water. The timer was supposed to trigger the water heating but it didn't. In 5 days spent there we only managed to have 1 shower and the host was very unhelpful. Basically they hadn't checked the system and weren't bothered to come and fix the problem. A basic thing such as hot water should be provided without question and it wasn't. Also..... No cleaning products or bin liners or mop. Not enough plates/bowls Both toilet seats are broken The tv was on the dinning table? God knows why. Basically it wasn't a comfortable stay at all. I wouldn't book again.
