Pleasent stay covered what we needed

Location close to were we need to be and convenient shops nearby

Bathroom needed a bit of tidying up cosmetically. Map location on website is in wrong place and could have done with a light over the front door so you can see house number and lock box in the dark

Clean comfortable house in decent area

Property had everything we needed for a short stay, clean and comfortable with shops close by for any needs we had.

If I was really picky I would say the bathroom could do with a little attention, it was clean but a little run down, maybe replace the handrails on the bath walls for us older clients

The only thing was we couldn't get any hot water from the shower so some instructions on how-to correctly use that would of been handy.

This house met all our needs

Good small house in a good location near shops and pubs. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Secure parking in the back garden although a bit narrow going through the gate for our car. We parked just outside the gate which was fine. Parking behind the house accessed via Windsor road

We had some difficulty getting the TV to work, some instructions would be helpful. Also would have liked some instructions for heating controls. A couple of other issues which the host resolved quickly

The host was very helpful. It was a good location to get to Great Ayton and there was a convenience store a minute away. very pleased to be able to park on site too.

Very good

Was concerned about parking due to previous review but parked in back garden, which was excellent as secure and enclosed for kids and handy loading and unloading. Lots of useful items to use ie milk, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies etc. Local shops and takeaways very handy. Nice books and games for the kids to play too. Very homely and clean home.

Good house for a short stay near the North Sea

Good size of the property and location with supermarkets near by. The keys were available upon arrival and in 5 minutes someone arrived to explain the details of the property (really good). Good standard and near the north sea beaches going by car.

Only two chairs in the kitchen. I was expecting to have available the off road parking but we were advised to park on street, it didn't look as a safe area to leave the car outside. The carpets should be replaced, a bit smelly and dirty.
