Nice and clean , good location . Close to Yarm centre with a restaurant, store , take away and pub very close too.
A lot of the bulbs had blown in the kitchen and bathroom, there were spare bulbs but we couldn't reach to replace. No corkscrew but nothing major all was good otherwise.

Location was good for what we needed.
Simple and clean
There was no toilet paper provided, we arrived late in the evening and was too late to go to the shops to get some.
There was no welcome host pack with milk. Every other air b n b I’ve stayed in has always provided basic things like this.
There was an ironing board but no iron.
The sofas were very uncomfortable to sit on.
