Lovely traditional hotel/b & b with genuinely friendly hosts 😊

Great location for the town centre but still nice and quiet. Adequate free parking for all guests.

Lovely guest house with that personal feel

Breakfast was really good, with quite a lot of choice and you could change things around. Room was large and comfy with lovely big windows, and very toasty warm. Lovely welcoming owners (and dogs too). Couldn't have asked for more. And great location for walking into the main part of Harrogate. Also, a car park behind the property was so invaluable.

Lovely short stay for couple.

Location was very convenient for central sights in Harrogate and the exhibition centre. Friendly and helpful owners and staff, good sized room, excellent breakfast, parking. Lovely view of trees with lots of small birds.

The bed was a little too soft for me and I incurred a bad back, my weakness. Shower facilities: washbasin in the bedroom area as the shower cubicle/toilet whilst adequate, was quite small area.

Autumn break in Harrogate

The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and there was a good choice of foods at breakfast. The owner and his family were very warm and friendly.

Hosts were very pleasant. Property was charming & nice atmosphere. Parking was good on site but a little limited. Breakfast was good. Location for town centre/ rail/ bus was pretty good, 10 minutes walk. A very pleasant stay.

Lovely stay in Harrogate and we would definitely go again and recommend to others

convenient location, walking distance to town centre and all the attractions. Room spacious and comfortable, ensuite good. Breakfast exceptional and cooked to order. Staff very friendly and helpful.

TV reception was a bit hit and miss, no BBC one evening then no ITV the next, but Free Wi Fi excellent so able to see programme on lap top. Not really a big problem.

Comfortable stay with excellent food; we will come again!

Excellent breakfast with cereal, fruit, fruit juice, toast and cooked food. We really appreciated the fruit plate. The cooked breakfast was beautifully freshly cooked to order and hot. The car parking on site is a big benefit. The hotel is family run for two generations and they took an interest in the guests.

We were happy with everything, but I am confident that if we had any problems the owners would have sorted it out.

An incredible place to unwind and relax... Exceptional...

The building, the atmosphere the furnishings...The proprietor, Adam and his family were so welcoming... It was exceptionally clean... The breakfasts were incredible... It was located a matter of minutes from the Town Centre... My husband and I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning...

Pleasant relaxing stay in a lovely home

Loved the house very welcoming beautiful architecture very impressive. Warm welcome Fridge in our room although it was right at the top of the house which was a climb but we are young enough . Good tv , kettle welcome tray with coffees teas ect . Hairdryer, small selection of toiletries Nice comfortable bed , great shower . Clean and tidy , nice breakfast ( but would have loved some baked beans on it ) lovely staff

Was very hot in that room with only one window but they did supply a very good fan which we did use every night so they had put something in place at least

Highly recommended. Alexandra Court is a friendly family run hotel. It has a lovely welcoming homely feel. Adam made us most welcome. So good to have a cooked breakfast with many options served with traditional tablecloths in a beautiful dining area with views to a garden full of flowers. The location is ideal for town and has the added advantage of parking.

There was carpet in the bathroom also it was sheets and blankets on the bed which seemed an old fashioned idea and we didn't like also breakfast was ok apart from eggs that were always hard

Friendly guest house in a great location

A fabulous place to stay in Harrogate. Made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice and nothing too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable and especially liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. Excellent location being just a short walk in to the centre. Will definitely recommend to friends.

BEWARE LAST CHECK IN 7:30PM

BEWARE..THE PROPERTY ADVERTISES A 24HR FRONT DESK ON BOOKING. LAST CHECK IN IS 7:30PM. I ARRIVED BETWEEN 9:30/10PM HAVING SENT A MESSAGE TO SAY I'D ARRIVE AT THAT TIME. COULD NOT GET IN, SO RANG PROPERTY. OWENER LET ME IN AND COMPLAINED I HAD GOT HIM OUT OF BED AND REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT WAS ON BOOKING AND THREATENING REFUSAL TO THE PROPERTY. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND THE ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED FOR DAY 2 OF OUR STAY.
