Exterior was lovely and clean Inside was very contemporary and modern The rooms were spacious, even the single and the en-suites were a great size in both rooms.

Nothing.. But if I had one niggle.. all the windows had lovely shutter blinds except the window of our room ( room 3 ) this room is at the front. So we had to close the blinds for privacy.

Excellent breakfast. Michael went above and beyond with help finding us a parking space and giving us helpful local information

B&B is very clean and is in a good location. Good selection at breakfast time. Michael was an absolute gem as always, very helpful and nothing was a bother.

It was a very friendly place. Our hosts Michael and Denys were most attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of drawers for storing things. I appreciated the tea making facilities and biscuits. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. The location is very good for most people, only 5 minutes walk from the bus and train stations with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, Harrogate is a very hilly town and even a short walk from the Germinian requires quite a bit of uphill This may be a problem for some people with limited mobility. There is a taxi office just opposite the guest house which we found useful.

The stair is steep and there is no lift. As it is an old house, there is little that can be done about this and Michael carried our suitcases up and down stairs for us to help us over this problem.
