Ideal price, location, food. Everything good apart from the bed

The location, the breakfast, and bathroom was all good

The bed was horrendous. Aside from been uncomfortable it was 2 single mattresses pushed together and 1 was higher than the other!!

Very clean, good location, friendly staff

The room wasn't very warm, the radiator was only slightly warm. The bathroom was freezing, radiator not on at all. Room was dark and no mirror near a plug.

Excellent location with parking and lovely friendly staff. Room comfortable and clean.

Being very picky as we had a lovely stay. Bathroom was very small and couldn’t turn the radiator down so room was very very warm. Had to open the windows to cool the room down. TV didn’t work but didn’t mind as had an iPad and internet connection was very good.

Everything. Help with parking in the hotel ark. Lovely breakfast and facilities. Great hosts. Lovely clean hotel.

It was very close to the centre of Harrogate. Staff very accommodating. Guest house was clean. Showers hot.

We stayed in room 8 and it was a rather chilly. Radiator not really on.

Breakfast was a shambles was offered a cooked breakfast before bringing the ordered porridge.

The property was in a good location to everything. Shops Bars and Restaurants.

The bedroom and en-suite was very small. The television didn’t work. The radiator was lukewarm but did have an electric heater which we had to use as the room was cold. Didn’t have a wardrobe to hang clothes.

Very convenient location, modern shower room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very enjoyable.

The room was quite chilly and we didn’t notice the fan heater supplied until we were packing to leave . Lovely en-suite shower but needed some hooks as there was nowhere to hang towels and it was unheated.

Comfortable beds, nice and quiet except road works were being carried out which the owners couldn’t influence. Nice and central for the convention centre

The floor boards in room 8 were very squeaky all round the bed.
