Slept well because the bed was sooooo comfortable!
Breakfasts were good if a little expensive.
Having destination chargers at a very competitive cost was a real bonus.
Location was good as a selection of restaurants and pubs was within easy walking distance.
Other than expense of adding breakfast, nothing really.

The staff was super helpful and nice! I got an upgrade in my bedroom. The hotel was just across the street from the Conventi0on Center

The room was Great, even though the bathroom was incredibly small and literally fitted a corner shower a sink and a toilet.
The location to the convention Centre was very close, which was great.
They don’t clean the room every day unless it’s requested, which I find very odd. By the time I realised, it was too late and had to go hunting for tea and coffee and milks which to be fair were located in the living room in a bowl. I just felt the minimum was done. It would’ve been nice to come back to a made Bed and the bin emptied and teas and coffees refilled. I didn’t even have a clean coffee cup so had to wash them so I could make coffee. The breakfast was also extremely expensive and quite confusing. If you want a sausage you have to order it the day before on a sheet in the living room. There are several Price options depending on whether you want sausages or not. I don’t like having to order my breakfast the day before as I don’t know what I want the following day, so I didn’t bother on the second day. I also thought £16 for a full breakfast is a lot.
