Comfortable bed, nice size room, lovely shown and such great value for money. Also very close to centre of Harrogate - we will be back

Close to everywhere, easy to access. Everything considered in the room fan iron ironing board. Would have liked to have 2 coasters only 1 in the room. Very quick to help when we had a problem with the room door.
The bathroom in our room needs regrouting, the fan runs for too long, when you go to the toilet in the night it takes ages to switch off.

Perfect location. Parking . Bed very comfortable.
The abrupt greeting as we 'Booked through Booking .com ' a charge of £10 parking. If I'd rang direct this would have been waived. Unfortunately I was unaware of such communications until we met. Bathroom very small but we managed.
