Near to the town easy access they let us park the next day whilst we went back into Harrogate at no cost Really nice staff

Parking wasn’t included but because booking.com said it was - the owners waved it - which wasn’t fair for them but they quickly honoured it.

It's been my 4th time staying at the Lodge or The Camberley (same owners) - very warm welcome. Room clean, comfortable. Excellent communication. Great Location within easy reach of the city including train station.

Disappointing 2nd stay!

The Lodge is in a brilliant location close to Harrogate town centre. The accomodation was lovely and warm ( very cold weather at the time of stay).

The room did not look as if it had been properly cleaned - thick dust on most surfaces, toilet not well cleaned, with long dark hair around base of toilet. The carpet had not been hoovered , and bathroom floor was dirty.

Check in was quick and easy. Comfy bed in a beautiful room. Quiet, considering it's next to a busy road. Excellent value for money and really central.

Bathroom was a bit small. Bed was a four poster and one of the posts sits right in front of the TV, which makes it difficult to watch! These were minor issues though and we'd happily stay here again.

The greeting on arrival was warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The location was fabulous as we were exhibiting at the Knit & Stitch show across the road! Being able to use the car park for the duration of the stay was an added bonus and great value for money. Room clean and comfortable.

Attention to detail, perfect hosts, always immaculate rooms with a standard of cleanliness not many can match. I have spent decades working in many parts of the country, many times staying in accommadation of a similar price range but were absolute dumps, with poor customer service and some a total rip off. Over the last 5 to 10 years i have noticed so many places give people what they will put up with, rather than what is wanted. Kimberly and her partner are a shinning example of what true Bed & Breakfast owner should aspire to run a business like. Thanks to you guys for all your help over the years. The bathroom was quite small, but adequate. Filling the kettle was tricky, maybe a jug of water would facilitate easier process. Purely personal, but I found the pillows very soft, but others might find them perfect. I could not find the hairdryer… glad I checked before getting in the shower. The shower was amazing!! I could have stayed under it all day !!😀

Bed wasn’t that comfortable as it was two single beds hooked together hence a huge dip in the centre. The bathroom was tiny in Room 7
