Very good place to stay for a short trip in a nice town.

The location is a short walk from bus/train station and shops etc. Due to my late check-in time as arranged I was left a nice welcoming card with my room key (a nice personal touch). All communication with the hotel owners was very good. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet them in person but still felt very welcome. My room was upgraded also a welcome touch. The room was a good size, very clean, had tea/coffee making facilities with some biscuits and chocolates too!

Room was cold through the night. Could hear every footsteps every toilet flush every tap turned on an the warnings of fines for trivial matters were unbelievable

Beautiful room in the heart of Harrogate

Comfortable bed, sofa and chair! TV easy to see, wardrobe spacious, little extras too. Shower was lovely and warm immediately! Excellent location for Harrogate conference centre.

Noisy outside and in, the supplied earplugs were the first hint this would be the case. Pretty sure one of the windows didn't shut properly so outside noise was clear.

the owner met me on arrival and was very attentive and friendly . the room was immmaculate very large and everything needed . very high end decoration and furniture . location for the harrogate centre literally across the road which was fantastic for me with mobility issues. i will defo barely stay here again

A wonderful relaxing place to stay.

This is a lovely comfortable place to stay if you wish to have a relaxing sleep, the place was in good order and very clean, the shower was quite powerful, a little too much for me, but the wife loved it. There are no other services here. However, they do provide parking permits per day for your stay there, which in this town are very useful.

Everything was better than we expected, we though that they might be breakfast, but it wasn't advertised, and it didn't cause us concern, there are plenty of places for a wonderful breakfast nearby

Lovely little guest house in Harrogate with friendly helpful owner and close to town centre and conference facilities

Lovely guest house which was the perfect location for the business event I attended. Clean and a good selection of refreshments. Owner very helpful and responsive to questions and also provided me with parking discs for the duration of my stay as all day street parking is tricky.

Didn’t include breakfast but there are cafes nearby and I was told in advance.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient for the conference centre. The stay was fantastic

Comfortable rooms in a good location

Facilities were good and location was great

The room was very noisy, all internal noise from inside the building. You could hear noise from rooms above people walking over floor very squeaky floor boards, toilet flushing and I think there was a boiler or something just outside our room which was very noisy. Some sound proofing between rooms would be good and secure loose floor boards. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

Home from home.

My second visit and it felt like home from home. Again, so quiet and peaceful and I slept really well. I enjoyed the use of the dining room for my picnic teas and whenever I asked for anything (e.g iron and ironing board) it was no trouble. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the location perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was a comfortable, warm and clean place with very hospitable hosts. Great value for money.

Mark and Gill were great hosts and I was working at the Majestic so the location was brilliant. They even gave me an extra days parking pass free of charge. The rooms were also immaculate.

Nothing, for me it was perfect and great value for money, so will be staying again for sure.
