Excellent B and B

The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The Welford was in a great position to explore what Harrogate has to offer. Breakfadt was lovely plenty of choice.

Clean Comfortable room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Quick and convenient location from the centre of town and the Train/Bus stations. Excellent breakfast options. The full English was especially good.

Excellent hosts, spotlessly clean B & B. Plenty of room to put clothes etc. The breakfasts were delicious & cooked & presented perfectly. !0 minutes inti Harrogate town centre. Would definately reccommend.

The only thing I could say I did not like was the bed. Extremely squeaky every time you got in it or moved.

Fabulous stay in a convenient but quiet location.

Very conveniont from the train statiin and very close tintown centre. Despite this it is nice and quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely ti have a choice if fresh fruit too. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Located on a quiet side road but within easy walking distance of town. Great hosts , very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are plentiful with a good selection of fruit , cereals and cooked options. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Nice bathroom toiletries and loo paper!

The reception on the TV was poor but we watched on player and that was fine. It buffered quite a bit bit usually sorted itself out after a few minutes

Comfortable, conveniently positioned with excellent breakfast choices

The Welford is within a short walking distance of the town, parking just outside was free and the communication from the owners was excellent. Our room was clean and warm. Tea and coffee was provided. The bed was a larger double and so comfortable! Breakfast was served in a lovely, light dining room and the choice and quality was excellent. The owners were really accommodating to my vegan diet and I was given so much lovely choice which was really appreciated.

There was nothing negative about the property and I would happily stay again but the shower was a bit inconsistent.

Comfortable and pleasant stay with good hosts.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of both cooked and uncooked food. Fresh fruit and different yogurts available as well as cereals. Good selection of hot drinks. Plenty of room on the table for smart cutlery and tableware in comfortable relaxing room. Hosts very helpful and welcoming without being overbearing. Room was well furnished with the most comfortable bed, crisp white bedding and great pillows. We slept well. Shower room en suite with soft white towels and good fan. TV worked well. Really convenient for the centre of Harrogate but still in a quiet position. Parking on the road outside with a permit provided by hosts was no problem.

The only thing I could fault it on was that our room was a little small but there was a lounge available to sit in if we had time.

The hosts (Richard and Judy) were perfect and provided lots of information on local services, including restaurants, places to visit etc. The room was clean and tidy, with all provisions provided for coffee\tea etc. The choice of breakfast helped set us up for the day ahead. Fantastic!

Everything was of an exceptionally high standard. From arrival to departure we received such great care and attention and we felt most welcome at the Welford. The tea and toast on arrival after a very early morning flight was so kind and much appreciated! Judy and Richard are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Great local info and tips for visiting the area and great craic! Breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be back!!

Lovely choice of cereals, granola, fresh fruit and yogurt. Good choice of cooked breakfast, using fresh quality products and cooked beautifully. Accommodation spotless and comfy.Location perfect for walking around Harrogate and to train and bus station.. Plenty to do in area and hosts very helpful, warm and welcoming.
