Nice hotel but wouldn't have stayed if I had realised breakfast wasn't available

I was under the impression I could order breakfast whilst at the property for the next day, at no point did I receive a message saying breakfast wasn't available. I messaged to order breakfast and was told there wasn't any

Excellent stay..rooms big , clean and comfy and made very welcome

Breakfast wasnt included . I thought it was so i asked and they did a good continental breakfast for us which was good of them.

Very convenient for conference centre and our room was generous and clean. Owner was prompt with messages and supplied shampoo and conditioner for me as it wasn’t in our bathroom. But if a mishap as I thought it included breakfast but I should have requested it. Not sure the booking made that clear.

We were on top so wouldn’t advise for someone less able.

Breakfast was great, we had a full English and a continental, a good choice of food Location excellent, easy to walk into Harrogate centre. Parking was good and great to have a permit included Host was friendly.

Fantastic house in a perfect location!

Beautiful guest house in a perfect, quiet location but just 5 minutes to walk into the centre of Harrogate. Will be staying here every time we visit. Perfect spot for the Convention Centre too if you’re visiting there. Host was fantastic and really informative. Easy check-in/check-out process and the parking permit was a great bonus. No problem parking. We didn’t opt for breakfast so can’t comment on that. Loved our stay! Thank you for having us!

All in all, very relaxing and would definitely stay again

Breakfast great. Beds super comfy. Hosts really accommodating without being on top of you. Great central location, but still very quiet. Parking difficult in town so we were able to leave the car outside the property for the whole stay. A great bonus.

Beautiful old property in a lovely street, just a short walk to the town centre. For breakfast they kindly made gluten free cereal and bread available and a delicious fresh fruit salad every morning. Great for me! The toiletries were some of the best I have found provided, and supplied by a local shop!

Comfortable accommodation in very accessible area

Very clean everywhere, comfortable bed and bed linen ( though duvet was much too hot even with the window open). Plenty of towels, nice toiletries, location very handy on foot for all town facilities, free on- street parking. Easy check in and access. Fresh fruit salad for breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere. Clothes storage- wardrobe and drawers. Spacious room. Good shower. Drinks making facilities in room.

No bedside tables. Only very small shelves high on the walls. Poor lighting at bedside. Could bed be resited to fit in bedside tables? Only five hangers for two guests for five days. Two biscuits for two guests for five days. Loud conversations from neighbours in garden and passers by disturbed sleep at times but house was quiet.

Breakfast was brilliant, location was just right for our purpose.

TV screen a bit small. Easy chairs in room could have been a little more comfortable. En-suite bathroom was newly refurbished but shower door did not seal. And soap tray in shower sloped badly.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast which was much more preferable to myself than a full english so was very welcome.
