Harrogate haven.

Hospitality. The absolutely lovely Patrick and Nick go out of their way to check you have everything you need and are happy. Food. Its worth staying an extra night just to have another breakfast 😋. Good quality locally sourced products and plenty of it.

Nothing whatsoever. They're in the middle of updating this property so a few dust sheets about in places but can't wait to see the finished product. Our room was done to a very high standard with quality fittings. No complaints here.

Beautiful room in beautiful house with easy access to the town centre, convenient parking ( a real boon in Harrogate) and and excellent breakfast cooked and served by excellent hosts Patrick and Nick who went out of ther way to make me hot lemon drinks as I was suffering from a bad cold.

I always want a bath but the shower was perfectly fine

A perfect stay in a wonderful location

Patrick was a wonderful host and made us feel really welcome. Welcome card was very sweet and we enjoyed the yummy chocolate biscuits and nice toiletries. Everything was of a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Parking on site was fabulous Patrick was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We really liked Ripley.

The stay exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property that was a short walk into the centre. Exceptional freshly cooked breakfast, Lovely, comfortable rooms with lovely touches such as a hand written card and fresh flower. Fresh milk in your fridge and as much fresh water as you want. But …. The absolute best bit …. Patrick and Nick. The two brothers that own the property. Utterly fabulous, funny, witty but could not do enough. I will stay again and if you’re reading this, so should you!!! Perfection.

The perfect place to unwind and relax

We have just returned from a two night stay here and can’t recommend the hotel enough. Nick and Patrick are the perfect hosts, friendly, helpful and super welcoming. The breakfast is unreal, everything is cooked to perfection, is fresh and delicious. The hotel is perfectly placed to stroll into town and the room was the ideal place to unwind after a day out. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a truly memorable stay.

Just spent 5 days at Baytree House and it was super, made all the more enjoyable by the perfect hosts Patrick and Nick who are absolute wee gems. I would have no hesitation in recommending This hotel for your next stay in Harrogate.

We were on the top floor. It was a little warm up there (in July) but room fan was provided which definitely helped.

Amazing!

I really enjoyed my stay at Baytree House, amazing attention to detail from the flowers and candles in the hallway, to the cold water they leave out for you. The room was exceptional with lovely decor. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with lot's of variety! Patrick and Nick go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you Patrick and Nick :)

Perfection

I stayed for 2 nights at the Baytree House. Nick & Patrick couldn’t be more warm & welcoming if they tried. Every guest was made to feel part of a family at breakfast which was such a lovely touch. The accommodation was superb from the tasteful and sometimes quirky decor to the overall facilities. There was nothing that I found lacking in my room that I didn’t have at home and so it was a very easy stay. Plugs near mirrors, hairdryer, LED bathroom mirror, lovely big shower, beautifully comfortable bed, luxurious bedding and towels, fridge with fresh milk and cookies and a great selection of teas and coffee. Requested an iron and ironing board and it was at my room in a flash. Lovely little touch with a personal welcome card in my room. . Breakfast was delicious and cooked beautifully. Poached eggs were perfect both mornings. Plenty food and plenty top ups of Tea, coffee as required. Dining room is elegantly decorated with a very relaxing ambiance which was perfect for first thing in the morning. Baytree House is situated in a lovely quiet residential area within easy walking distance to the conference centre and all shops, restaurants, bars, Roman Baths etc in Harrogate which took me around 10 - 15 mins to walk to the centre of it all. Would I stay here again absolutely yes. Would I recommend Baytree House 100%. Thank you Nick & Patrick I look forward to seeing you both next year. Sarah x

A brilliant guest house b & b. Would highly recommend.

Substantial breakfast. Great hosts. Convenience of getting into town. On site parking but on street parking arranged as backup.

Had too many bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. Could have mentioned it and sure it would have been quickly remedied but we brought our own so made do.

Great B&B, well located, fab hosts

Lovely B&B a 10 minute pleasant walk into town also a short walk to the Conference Centre. Nicely decorated a lot of love has gone into creating a lovely place to stay. Thoughtful touches like a water fridge in the hallway, you help yourself then bring the empties back. Patrick & Nick are fun, friendly hosts always got time for you and couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast is great, good food choices, freshly cooked and unlimited teas and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and would happily stay again.

We didn’t dislike anything. The only niggle was we felt our room was a bit cramped only because they had tried to fit as much in as possible. A super king bed, 2 easy chairs etc but it was still a very nice room.

Fabulous

The hosts were lovely, friendly, helpful and so welcoming. The room was fabulous and very nicely decorated and the chocolate biscuits in the fridge were the cherry on top. The breakfast was also excellent. The location of the B&B was also great, it was just a short walk to wherever we needed to go. Of you are due to visit Harrogate I would 100% recommend you stay here!

The room was slightly hot but we were were brought a very good fan on asking and this helped cool the room right down! Can't really fault the B&B for having a heat wave! Not to mention there was always chilled bottled water on hand which was great.

Room and facilities were not what we expected. In my opinion, the grounds of the Baytree house were in a disgraceful state and the method of gaining entry to the building was unusual to say the least. I could add more, but don’t see any point in saying anything else.

Location perfect for walking into Harrogate and not too far from local attractions. Breakfast fabulous. One of the best we’ve had. All local ingredients and very tasty. Plenty of choice! Bedroom 10 with Sleigh king bed was very comfortable a good size and lots of home comforts. Everything you need and fresh milk and cold water made available each day. On site parking also a bonus. Hosts Nick and Patrick very friendly and nothing too much trouble. They really looked after us.

Perfect retreat.

My wife and I stayed in Easter for two nights and from start to finish was the perfect getaway, spotless, well located and the room was fantastic. Now for the breakfast, wow!!! 5 star food on both days and always service with a laugh or a smile and amazing hosts. We would definitely return before looking anywhere else if visiting Harrogate or the nearby area. Thanks for a much needed 2 night stay without the kids.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Anniversary Weekend

Nick and Patrick were perfect hosts during our weekend away, celebrating our,Silver Wedding Anniversary. Their breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. Beautifully tasting and cooked poached eggs, sausages and black pudding. Only 1 suggestion to improve Room 8. The beautiful wooden bed has a very loud squeak with any movement. Perhaps some tightening, talcing or oiling is needed. It did waken us when we moved in the night. We would definitely return to stay and have already recommended Baytree House to friends.

Nick and Patrick were very attentive host, nothing was to much trouble, to ensure our stay was excellent. The room was beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.
