A real treasure of an apartment in the centre of Buxton yet oh so quiet. Beautifully appointed and decorated.
We struck 2 very cold days in spring but no heating came on and we could find no instructions on how to light the gas fire. The living room throws were a saving grace in the evenings.

The door lock is ancient, with the "grandmother" key of the type I have not seen for 50+ years.

Very pretty well situated by the pavilion gardens
The towel rail didn’t come on and we couldn’t get the boiler to heat up the radiators so we’re rather chilly . Also the large bins on the steps made it rather difficult to negotiate the steps when it was wet

We couldn’t find how to put on the towel rail on but this is a small thing and would not stop us re booking.

Perfectly located for the Opera House. Parking! A major point in Buxton. Easy access. Elegant, well equipped and comfortable. I hope I can book it when next I visit.

Location was wonderful. The flat is large and comfortable and the owners have anticipated all your needs with excellent facilities sand above and beyond extras (washing stuff, wine, milk etc).

Location was excellent overlooking the pavilion gardens in Buxton. The owner had thought of everything to make her guests' stay there as comfortable as it possibly could be. The property was furnished to a very high standard. It really was a pleasure to stay there.

Very comfortable, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean throughout. Great location, a stone's throw from the town centre, park, Pavillion Gardens and Opera House. A lovely apartment, we couldn't have asked for more. The photos don't do it justice!

Beautifully appointed apartment.Bed very comfortable plenty of hangers in the two wardrobes and lots of drawers. We only stayed for 3 nights but would have been happy to stay for longer. Kitchen fully equipped although we ate out most of the time. Lounge again beautifully decorated and settee very comfortable, three lamps so had the option of softer cosy lighting as well as the main chandelier light which is a definite winner for me! Also a reading light in the lounge so everyone catered for.Lovely bay window overlooking the Pavillion Gardens with a lovely old lantern directly outside. Ideally situated for walking into the town to pubs restaurants,shops and the theatre. We'd recommend The Kings Head for traditional pub food and Michelangelos for Italian. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 2b Cavendish Villas and would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Lovely welcome gift of wine,chocolates biscuits and milk. Tea and coffee also supplied which was handy as we'd left ours at home! Also shampoo,conditioner etc if you forget your own. Nice soft towels in the bathroom too. Cannot praise this apartment enough!

The flat was exceptional everything you needed was provided and all to a high standard.
On a personal note there was nothing to dislike but if you like watching the television it might be worth bringing a firestick or some other streaming device with you as the digital signal fluctuates.

Lovely flat with free parking and beautiful views and immaculate clean
No photos showed where to get keys and had to ask a neighbour as unclear.
"Ground floor flat" but photos showed the back of the flats looking onto the park, where the ground floor flats are someone else's flat and their access as land slopes downhill, hence only at the front of flats is this ground floor and was not included in the photos as the rear with bay windows is prettier.
No black out blinds so woken early by sunshine.

Everything else! Wonderful location, exceptionally clean with Everything you needed and more. Wine and chocolates a lovely gesture. Jane very friendly and helpful. All in all first class.
The only thing we missed were a couple of comfortable armchairs.
