Lovely little house, well located near shops, pubs etc. The kitchen was really well equipped. It was comfortable and clean. Nice to have a radio in the kitchen. Shower was great. Communication with owner was good. We had some great walks from the house. Nice touch to have milk in the fridge and some tea and coffee.
Parking, or the relative lack of it. We were able to find a spot but some distance from the property. Could do with a coat stand or coat hooks for wet coats.

Location. Information at the property was useful - suggestions, places to visit. The heating system and shower were excellent.
Parking was an initial concern but worked out fine. Key coding system doesn’t always work. We had to attempt access a few times, on more than 1 occasion. Streaming on the TV is complicated to 70+ yr olds. Did eventually get to watch tv.

Great central location for visiting Buxton. Good communication from Nell the owner about checking in process. Very efficient. Loved the little welcome package of tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, milk in fridge and shortbread biscuits. Lovely little house, nice and clean. Great shower. Nell gave us some restaurant recommendations for our first night. We went to Luben's and it was fantastic, great food and staff.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed
Advertised as "cozy" this property is very small, particularly the lounge. The television was very difficult to understand - to the point that we gave-up trying to get any recognisable channel. The seating area at the rear was unpleasant to use. The stairs up to the bedrooms and toilet are very steep
