It's a lovely location., despite the long flight of stairs! Stayed in the flat below last year, but this was 2 bedrooms. Great coffee bar/cafe just outside the front door.

For 2 (could have been for 4) a tiny cafetiere meant making coffee for 1 and again ....... No tea towel, and a washing up bowl would have helped - if there was washing up water in the sink, it had to be emptied to wash out the cafetiere between use. Last year we were able to park on the pavement outside. This year we had to pay for parking in a car park. It would have been nice to know ahead that this had changed.

Lovely rooms, fantastic high ceilings and loads of natural light. Excellent location.

I was confused by the location. The address using google maps put it about 100m away.

Location was excellent

Communication was not good,when we arrived there was no answer to our calls and texts,until approxx20 mins had passed.it could do with a key lock instead of having to wait for owners. The entrance lobby was small and difficult to manoeuvre in,the stairs walls were in need of a repaint. The entrance to the flat was awkward. This flat needs alot of finishing,half the walls still had woodchip on under the paint.the kitchen cupboard door did not fit,very makeshift unit. The chandeliers were dirty with bulbs missing. There was no small table lamp. The ceilings were in need of paint. An information booklet would've been helpful, especially as there was no info on how to get out in case of fire. The worst part was that one of the beds collapsed due to bad incomplete repair. It was very noisy from people above,elephants come to mind,no soundproofing atall.
