Property was central and in a pedestrian area. The rooms were large and airy. Very well equipped with comfortable beds well equipped kitchen, good quality toiletries. There were two fans which were needed for the first day as it was very hot. Plenty of hot water, lovely shower.
The entrance. The stairs (inside the main door) to the apartment were very narrow and steep. The balustrade was not very secure and the area from front door of property to front door of apartment was very unappealing. Needs some TLC. However once inside it was fine.

Very well situated in the centre of Buxton. It is close to a number of excellent restaurants, independent coffee shops and the Opera House. The owner was pleasant and attentive. They are doing an impressive job of developing the maisonette.
There is some noise from the road with a pub opposite. This was exacerbated by temporary restoration work on neighbouring buildings.

Two staircases ( one into the property and one to the bedrooms and bathroom).
