A stunning gem of an apartment in Buxton

Beautifully decorated apartment, with everything you could want for a stay, close to the center of Buxton. Check in and put details were clear, precise and given with plenty of instructions. A beautiful guide to Buxton was created by the family with recommendations, interesting facts and local knowledge. This apartment is great for family or a couple as there are additional bed options. A parking space is included which was brilliant.

Pleasantly surprised, a nice spot to break up a journey

Spacious, comfy beds, quiet spot, plastic plates etc for the children to use, dvds and books were handy too

Cozy and sweet stay

The apartment is close to town center, just 10-minute walk. Open door Instructions are clear and accurate. The apartment is clean and warm, a cozy place to stay.

Not much scenic view from the apartment. The bed spring is a bit noisy and easily wakes up the roomrate.

Excellent apartment for an overnight stay.

Quietness and convenience of location. Friendly host. Spaciousness of rooms. Excellent wifi and cooking facilities.

As the host knew we were a party of six, would have appreciated 6 bath towels so we each could have a shower. Also missing was a tea towel for drying the pots, and the tea and coffee containers were empty. Also only 4 dining chairs, and 5 dinner plates. All of which could be rectified quite quickly, Just a little more thought.

The location was excellent. Facilities very good. Entry system excellent. Hosts help with enquiries brilliant. Apartment very clean and well presented. Parking easy.

Mattress on bed in smaller bedroom not very firm. May need to be replaced. Had difficulty connecting t.v. to Internet for Terrestrial viewing.

The mattress in the bedroom near the kitchen was a bit metallic- twanged when I moved ! Wasn’t suoer comfortableI I could hear and feel the springs when I sat and lay on it. Everything else was perfect !

Short but very comfy.

Spacious homely rooms, with plenty of utensils in kitchen for people staying more than just a night stopover. Excellent value for a family or larger party, as can accommodate up to 6 people.

Small issue, censored lights didn’t come on when entered through garden gate late at night, until went around 1st corner. We used our phone torch though👍

Perfect for a short stay in Buxton.

Just fabulous probably the best apartment I have ever rented. Spacious and only a short walk to town. The free parking space is always a winner for me, plus no charge for our dog, extremely rare in my experience. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location in beautiful Buxton. 5 mins walk to the centre with many bars and restaurants. It was bigger than we had expected and had everything we needed. Parking is an added bonus.

You need to be aware that it is up a bit of a hill, but also a lot of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us but perhaps might be for others.

Plenty of space for group of 5, amazing location.

Apartment was spacious, we had everything we needed and more! It was enough room for 5 of us. Great location, walkable distance to the parks, restaurants, shops. Welcome book with extra information about the property and Buxton was a nice touch.

We loved everything! My only suggestion will be to change type of property in your description (as it says one bedroom apartment). One person almost cancelled our booking as the pictures on the website didn't convince her, there is more than one room... Also our host went above and beyond to make the most of our time in Buxton. We were able to check in earlier, however the email that we received, stated wrong time. It seems that all emails after our agreement were automated and created a little bit confusion about the actual time of check in and out. I hope you will find it helpfull, our stay was fabulous!

Family stay

Excellent location with off street parking. Nice big kitchen. Comfy lounge. 2 decent size double bedrooms. One room had a double bed plus comfy single bed. My son (11yrs) and daughter (10yrs) shared this room.

Mattresses (both double beds) could do with being replaced. Kitchen could have done with a large source pan (I was cooking for a hungry family of 4). Nil else as negatives. Really enjoyed our stay & would happily return if back in lovely Buxton again in future.

Spacious apartment. Nice and clean. Good location if going out on the town or visiting Buxton Opera house as only a short walk away

Liked everything and will be staying again in May. However think the mattresses could do with replacing as they are thin and you can feel the springs. Also couldn’t find a cork screw to open a bottle of wine. But overall very good all round.🙂
