Great location, very comfortable, and great management
Had 3 bedrooms which was fantastic for our family. Great location, it was clean, well supplied and definitely comfortable. When I asked a couple of questions I got immediate comms and the manager went truly above and beyond. No way does that happen often!

Happy to stay.
There is everything you need in the accommodation. The location is convenient to walk into Glossop for a coffee and wander around.
We stayed when there was a Christmas tree in the sitting room. This was a VERY wide tree, taking up a quarter of what is already a small room. Although it was festive, a much smaller tree, would be appropriate. The decoration is reasonable, but in the kitchen is very shabby. It doesn't hinder use however.

Great way to start New Years
Lovely decor, well presented and perfect stay for a group of friends over new years. Had everything we needed to enjoy a festive time with friends with a homely feel. Host was caring and friendly to make sure we were comfortable throughout stay. Great location for Peak District walks and nearby town centre.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
Nothing at all, booked this venue over 10 months before my booking and was cancelled at 4a.m. of the day of arrival.recieved a voicemail from the hosts mum telling me it was cancelled and to contact booking.com.Not helpful just fobbed me off when I spoke to her
Booking.com handling of the situation absolutely useless .Was told to begin my journey from Edinburgh as no booking.com were obliged to relocated me .I had my wife, son ,daughter and her boyfriend with me got 2 hours into the journey and was informed they had nothing to suit me on their platform could I go onto other platforms and find something and let them know APPALING

Wonderful stay in a beautiful town!
Everything. Thoughtfully designed and decorated, comfortable rooms and loved the added touches of supplies like tea, coffee and other foods- so helpful when travelling with family. We’d love to come back as it felt so welcoming.

Very good place to stay for visiting the Peak District.
The locations was great. Just at two entrances of the Peak District, one of them being the scenic Snake Pass. The place was very clean and the rooms very comfortable. It also included breakfast and the host was very kind and helpful.

Made us realise what a lovely home we have.
Breakfast was good. We made it from some produce supplied and some we brought. The location was ok.
It should have been much cleaner. The rear yard was disgusting Many of the kitchen utensils were dirty. The whole place needs a spring clean. There was a can full of cigarette ends by the back door that looked like they had been there for weeks.
