Lovely house on the edge of the Peak District National Park

This was a very, very last minute booking and the hosts went out of their way to help us and accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is very well equipped and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is on the edge of the Peak District national park and has great access to Glossop town. The hosts were very friendly and very responsive to our questions. The house was ideal for our party size of 6 adults.

Early May Bank Holiday 2024. Lovely, clean and spacious home. Absolutely ideal for families.

Lovely property, had everything you needed. Extremely relaxing and the hot tub was well placed not over looked so was ideal. Location was great with such eye catching views, travelled with children and a lovely park recommended by our host Manor Park which is literally a 15-20min walk or 2min drive. Our host was very accommodating and understanding that check out time is not always easy to meet with children, cute little gifts on arrival also and a very nice selection of games for the children and adults too.

Perfect place to explore the Peak District

Owner was very lovely, with excellent communication and met our needs well. The house was excellent for our family to get together, in close proximity of the Peak District. Only downside was, we needed longer than a weekend!

House was very hot, and although turning down on the thermostat, the radiators stayed on. Didn't cause a problem though, as we just turned the radiators off instead in the bedrooms.

Perfect family holiday home

This stay was perfect for our family Christmas! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one, they even set up a Christmas tree and decorations for us so it really felt like home! The hosts were really responsive to any questions before and during our stay which was great.

Great stay in the Peak District!

Fantastic house! The hot tub with perfect and ready to go when we got there. We had detailed instructions on how to collect the keys days in advance. The house was exactly as in the pictures and the spaces were great for getting together with a large group of friends. The beds were super comfortable as well. The host called me the morning of our arrival to check that we had everything we needed. The kitchen was also well-stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves.

The location was a bit more residential than we had expected, but within minutes, we could be either in the heart of Glossop or out in the countryside.

Nice clean house in well maintained estate.

Nice card and box of chocs when we arrived. Very very clean. Hot tub was good... Decent sized TV. Lots of cooking equipment. We had everything we needed! Location was quite far out of town but it was very quiet so we had a good sleep.

Check in process was quite confusing so we had to ring for information. Check out was very early.... Would have been nice to have the option to check out a bit later. The tea provided wasn't very nice.

I liked Everything was so clean and is a lovely holiday home bedrooms are lovely aswell plenty of bored games to play we enjoyed our stay and would Defenitly go back in the furture thank you for haveing us. 5 star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only thing that could of been better was the hot tub didn't have a shelter and it was raining all weekend so only got to go init 2 times and the hot tub was the main reason we booked but we still enjoyed our stay.
