The property was warm and welcoming. However, the stairs are very steep and narrow - not ideal for elderly people. The downside was that we never received the key code to get into the property and had to communicate with the owner via the Vrbo website when we arrived. However she responded immediately - very good. Is this a problem with the Vrbo website?
