Brilliant location very peaceful and relaxing

The hot tub was very poor there wasn’t much power with the jets compared to others we have used in various establishments this one was of a poor standard. The view from the hot tub however was brilliant overlooking the wooded area

Place around was really nice, quite, relaxing. Clean jacuzzi

Bed was uncomfortable, probably too old. No pan

The Location and the Hot tub were Excellent The Grounds were immaculate and well maintained. Hot Tub was checked frequently and any adjustment made. The washing machine was a very welcome facility.

Communication was poor, for example, I received an email requesting me to sign a Hot Tub agreement while just a couple of hours away, other wise the Gate Code and Lodge Code could not be released. After some Texts to and fro the codes were sent. The Wi Fi was at best poor in our lodge (Woodland 2) we could not get a stable connection on Phones or Tablets. The Deck area is badly in need of a sand and repaint. The Kitchen area is in need of updating, the electric hob has NO indication marks to tell the level of heat, I would suggest updating with Induction. Crockery and utensils are very mismatched. Check out time being 9.00am seems restrictive, when you cannot check in until after 4.00pm. In effect you lose almost a day. We decided to leave a day early so as not to feel under pressure to be out so early.
