Lovely peaceful location, and very comfy homely cottage

A wonderful, comfortable property in amazing countryside.

Comfortable, spacious accommodation everything provided, if we wanted to cook a 3 course meal all equipment was available. There was even a welcome package which was very welcome and tasty.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

Beautiful cottage with stunning views and in a peaceful location and very doggy friendly

A beautiful cottage really spacious and in a lovely quiet location with stunning views over the countryside. Everything you could possibly need and more at the cottage and having so many channels to choose from on tv was amazing. The garden is safe and secure for my little doggy. With the fire lit it was really cosy. The milk and lovely cake were a lovely welcome. The neighbours were lovely and my dog made friends with their little dog too. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Looking forward to going back there x

It had a lot of character, great views and a safe garden for our dog.

The sofa wasn’t comfortable. More logs would have been helpful for. winter stay.

With a bit of attention to detail it could be a really nice cottage !!

The property is really easy to find via sat nav, its quiet and has nice views over looking the valley. If You're a plane spotter this is a great area as they come over at approx 3000 feet. The bathroom is done to a high standard. The open fire is nice and a few logs were left. The garden is fully enclosed, even for smaller dogs, but beware horses come to the bottom fence from the next field and can get very close. The heating is warm, and a modern system. The TV has amazon, Netflix and BT tv, so entertainment is fine. TIP - the sofa is leather, so if you're bringing a pet bring a blanket. The property has parking for one car, this can be tricky though as its a shared driveway with the neighbours, and when they're parked there its tight to reverse out.

The cottage wins the award for the worlds smallest fridge freezer, its tiny. Could be tricky for a long stay for a family. The bathroom towels were really small, so bring your own. The bath water only ever got luke warm, there was no need to put any cold in. I found the mattress to have severe stains on, and it desperately needs replacing. There is a mattress protector, but this too was dirty. Needless to say we didnt sleep on it.

Excellent holiday base

The cottage has great views and an excellent location , it was lovely to open the fridge and find some milk and cake after a long journey

There was no gate to stop the dogs going upstairs and the garden needs to be more secure , nothing serious just small details

Cozyness of the property

kitchen needs to be de cluttered, should keep utensils clean and tidy and not over used. Find a good spot for cleaning stuff like vacuum etc. new pans needed.
