Convenient and comfortable

Everything was very comfortable and it was well presented. The lounge/ kitchen/ dining room was great for socialising. Parking was cheap and access great.

Cosy stay in peak district

A lovely, cosy apartment. Beds were comfortable and overall spacious and well designed. Close to cafes, shops and pubs. Easy check in and communication from Jane was seemless. We ended up staying an extra night. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely suite, great location

Everything was great, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, and it was clean.

Didn’t hear any outside noise even from the road . But unfortunately could hear other guests in their suites. So much that for our two night stay I was kept awake by someone snoring ! For hours.

Once we made it through the initial check in process everything was smooth sailing from there.

The area was lovely and the property was spectacular.

The initial messages for check could be more efficient. There was a lot of information to dig through (some helpful, some not) and some had already been stated in the same message so it just added nessicary volume to the message. This made check in harder to navigate.

Great accommodation, convenient location and well served by amenities.

Accommodation was excellent - clean, high quality with a well stocked kitchen (in terms of cutlery, pans, etc) and good welcome pack. Great location with cafe's shops and restaurants close by. Also very convenient for the railway station with good connections to Manchester and Buxton. Car parking directly outside in the railway station car park for which the fee was £2 per day and payable by App - easy and convenient. Would highly recommend this property.

It's a beautiful building, I have stayed quite regularly and everytime its exquisite and luxurious in a beautiful place that's close to all amenities. Trains, buses, walks, shops, restaurants, pubs, eateries. The hosts are there at hand if you ever need anything, the cleaners are really pleasant. It's a beautiful stay that I'd suggest to anyone staying in the High Peak area.

A quality place to stay.

This is a high quality accommodation. The site contact point (Jane) and clearner (Sarah) were very responsive to my requests for service, solving them in one day. The beds were very comfortable. If you can afford it, then the luxury is well worth it.

Frozen freezer cabinet meaning it was difficult to store our food. No potatoe peeler. Both these issues were resolved quickly without our involvement

Outstanding spot to explore the peaks!

The whole property was outstanding, and Jane was fantastic with her communication prior to our arrival. Despite being next to a train station and on a busy street, the noise was minimal and didn't disrupt us. We booked two rooms here for our party of 7, and both spaces were wonderful. The beds were comfy, the property was immaculately clean and had lots of small touches of luxury. The property is also dog-friendly, with lots of nice walking spots in the local area. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this. A fantastic spot to explore from, whether you're visiting Buxton, Manchester or the wider Peak District!

Simply perfect.

Where to begin? Everything, from the moment we booked, was excellent. Communication was thorough, regular and addressed everything we needed to know. Any questions were replied to promptly and we were reassured we could contact the owner at any time should we need to. Check-in was easy and the accommodation itself was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean, well and comfortably furnished and beautifully maintained. If we could give it more than five stars, we would. We would highly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect family stay with great views and walking routes.

Absolutely stunning property with everything we could have needed. We travelled as a family Of 4 with two young children to do lots of walks, the weather wasn’t great but the apartment was so lovely we didn’t mind being inside. We did manage one walk and the location of the apartment was perfect for this. Such a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great hosts, can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely quiet apartment in an interesting and friendly village. Perfect host - very responsive but discreet.

Built in the back of a disused/renovating pub so first impressions were not great.

The apartment was super clean, had everything I needed for a short stay and was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I should have screenshotted the entry codes as I had no signal and I could not get them when I needed to, I had to walk around and get signal for the email to load before I could get in. The apartment had tea and coffee but no milk, only a minor thing but seemed strange when there was sugar etc too.

Gorgeous apartment, we were in the Roger Suite, and it couldn't have been better!! The suite was phenomenal and so comfortable and cozy with a great view! There's lots to do in the area. Would 100% recommend and definitely would come back!

Great base to explore the Peak District

Father & son trip to retrace some family roots. Beautifully appointed apartment, recently converted & decorated. Spacious & stylish. Nice welcome treats. Building works continuing elsewhere on the property but did not distract from a comfortable stay. We hope to return in the future.

We love this apartment and intend to return!

We stayed in the Edmund one bedroom apartment and it was immaculate, had good sized rooms, a comfortable bed and good facilities. Check in was easy with good support available from the host Jane. She also provided some luxurious extras which made us feel very welcome. It had a central and convenient location in the town and yet was quiet. Extremely good value for the price.

The bath and hand held shower were fine for us but a wall mounted shower might be preferable for a longer stay.
