Rufloreo Flats 1 - central gem

Arrived at the property - brilliant facilities, beautiful maximalist decor. We did pay £150 refundable deposit (as the apartment really was beautiful) - no problem for us but for others, good to be aware in advance of booking. Lots of layered lighting so very cosy and comfortable. We didn’t cook but there was more than enough cooking utensils and crockery for you to cook a full meal. Very good communication with owner and easy to access the property. We visited in the summer holidays and there was still plenty of free parking around the back of the property. The location was great within a very short walking distance to the bars, shops and restaurants through the park. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at Noonology, a Thai evening meal at Bar Wan and traditional tapas at Santiago (all completely dog friendly).

The apartment was on the small side and we found there was nowhere in the bedroom to keep our bags. But the living room was large enough to accommodate this. One night someone must have been locked out of their apartment as they were hitting and kicking the front door for quite a long time. The company’s maintenance guy did let himself in on our last morning at 8am, with keys, no knocking. It wasn’t too problematic for us as we were dressed but wouldn’t have been fun if someone had been showering or at the loo!

Beautiful decorations, everything felt luxurious and high quality. Lots of kitchen utensils and supplies!

Could do with a black out blind or thicker curtains in the bedroom as there is an automatic light that comes on a lot during the night, but not the hosts fault! Contact from the hosts was quite a lot
