A beautiful city, a great place and a wonderful wonderful staff

The staff, the location, the food, was all wonderful. The place is maintained very clean. Even at airport staff I was told I chose a great spot to stay, and transportation was easy to Old Town. The hotel staff was so very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. It made my trip the best in a series of 5. The beach was so close you could walk from the hotel. So were restaurants, buses, and everything you needed. Breakfast was delicious with variety of choices.I think this place should be on everyone bucket's list.

The best views are on the 3rd floor. I don't work out often so found it challenging with the steps.. But once you open your room windows it makes it all worthwhile. If you are in good shape, don't let it stop you. the stairs are doable. Bring rubber sandals to the beach. The pebbles are challenging to walk on.

In all my years of traveling, this is the BEST hotel stay I have ever had! From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing - welcoming, helpful, accommodating, with the most positive and chilled out vibes! Gorgeous room, stunning balcony view, plenty of choice at breakfast, great location in Lapad - only a 10 min walk to the number 6 bus stop for easy access into Old Town. €35 euro Uber to the airport. Thank you for such a memorable birthday trip in Dubrovnik <3

I like the Art around the property. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

The location of the property is outstanding, however there are a lot of steps to get to the property - but keeps you fit. There wasn’t always someone available on the reception desk - even before 11pm. More dusting and cleaning required in communal areas. Rooms should be hovered when they are cleaned.

Art Hotel is a fantastic base to explore Dubrovnik! A 10 min bus ride to the old town but also surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants and a lovely beach. We really enjoyed the breakfasts which were partnered by a sublime view of the bay. Our favourite part of the stay was the staff. Klara and Ivan were friendly, helpful and very welcoming! By the end of the stay we felt very at home! If/when we return to Dubrovnik we will certainly stay here again!

Great Place to Stay in Lapad

The views were fantastic, and it was a great, modern room. We had a balcony, which we really enjoyed. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

The stairs were really tough. There's a ton of stairs going into the building, and then our room was up two more flights.

Close to the sea, a lot of stairs!

It is close to the promenade and the sea (and quite far from the centre) and the view is beautiful! Very kind staff

As well described, there are so many stairs to reach the property from either entrance and nobody can carry luggage for you so I wouldn’t recommend to people with kids or a bad back! The rooms are no soundproofed. I’d suggest to add more sweet options to the breakfast!

Great little hotel for a short stay but be prepared for the stairs 😮‍💨😂

The original internal stairways are nice and the downstairs colour palette and artwork is lovely. The outside patio area is a peaceful spot to take in the amazing views. Our room was clean and comfortable and again we had beautiful views from the balcony. All the staff are great. Friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. I would like to thank Clara and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable

It would have been nice to have a facility in the room to be able to make a hot drink. Although we were made fully aware that there are a lot of steps in and out of the hotel, it is not until you actually have to use them several times a day that you realise how much energy/effort they take to get back up, so be prepared.

Looong stairs and tiny room

View. Breakfast lady was very nice.

Room was very small, I didn't have the space to open my luggage anywhere, so I had to open it on the bed. The bathroom too was very small, there was no way to leave toothbrush etc. There is no place anywhere to hang wet towels. Looong staircase to reach the place and then had to go up 2 more flights of stairs. Not ideal with big luggage.

The hotel was in a good area and it was the cheapest option. Good views. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good too

In order to get to the hotel you have to climb steep steps, a lot of them. With your luggage. There is no other way. The parking is not close too, it’s not free and is hard to find spot. When you offer breakfast included in the charge from 7a.m. to 10 a.m. first keep in mind people are there on vacation,so 7a.m ???. And second of all, if someone wants to grab another glass of juice at 10: 02 , please don’t close the rope in front of them

Decent value for high season Dubrovnik

Beautiful location, overlooking Lapad beach / bay area. Buffet breakfast either inside or out on the terrace, which is nice and cool in the morning. Short walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars, and the beach, and also to the bus to the Old Town. I personally loved being a few KM outside of the hordes of people cramming into the Old Town, in a very chilled out area like Lapad. Lots of stairs up or down to get to the hotel, but as I like exercise I put this in the good points not the bad! If you have mobility issues, however, i couldn't recommend this hotel in view of the access to / from it, and lack of any lift in it.

Nothing to dislike. My room wasn't cleaned one day, probably just an oversight, no big deal. I found the staff to be perfectly efficient and courteous, if not exactly friendly.

Big room, very clean and refurbished very modern, beautiful view

Location made it impossible for taxi to come close (situated on a pedestrian walkway which was a positive, zero traffic noise) however after a long walk with our suitcases were greeted by an enormous set of stairs which were difficult to manoeuvre with large suitcases) If you are travelling light or with a backpack then no issues) due to the age of the location also no lifts up to the rooms.

A lovely hotel with beach/sea views

Really nice and helpful staff, lovely breakfast selection, lovely view of the bay. Clean room and the option to not have it cleaned.

Wicker on chairs on balcony needs replacing as heat has cracked it...hurts when you step on a piece with bare feet!! Its 50 mins walk away from Old Town which is fine either me but might be too far for others though buses are an option.
