Hotel is in an excellent location.Very quite but also very near every thing.Great restaurants right beside Hotel.The bed and pillows were lovely and very quite at night,had some of the best night's sleep.The food bar had lovely food that was very reasonable priced and the staff were all very nice and friendly.The old town in Dubrovnik was only a 10 minute drive away on the bus.The bus stop was less than 5 mins from the hotel.The hotel is immaculately clean as is Croatia itself.I would highly recommend hotel aquarius and I would certainly stay in this hotel again.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no coffee/tea maker in the room but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Very helpful staff. You can enjoy your coffee by the pool. Near to the beach. You may use DubrovnikPass to travel, lots of bus options to the old town. Clean.

Everything is overpriced in Dubrovnik. It would be a better breakfast with that price.

Great experience.

This is a very modern hotel. Well located. They room is quite nice, with AC which is a must during summer. They have a swimming pool that you can enjoy as well. Close to restaurants, supermakert, pharmacies, beach, etc. The personal was very friendly as well.

Lovely, relaxing week.

We really enjoyed this traditional and peaceful hotel. Staff were quietly efficient and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The breakfast buffet catered for all tastes. Having access to a pool was brilliant, with easy access to beaches too.

Brilliant little hote

Great hotel with pool, close to beaches, restaurants and bus. It’s about a 10 min bus ride to Dubrovnik old town and costs about 2 euros. Thoroughly recommend this place

Swimming pool opening hours. It could have been open later at night, not just until 19:00. The A/C was old, noisy and full of dirt which was definitely a health hazard. It was hard to sleep with the windows open because of the noise outside and with the A/C on because of the noise it made.

Spacious room with comfortable bed and friendly staff

The Aquarius is in a quiet location just a short walk from Sunset Beach. There are several good restaurants nearby & a supermarket about 200 metres away. The rooms are spacious & clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were all friendly too. Good selection at breakfast, which was quite tasty.

There was no water in swimming pool however I was told this was because it was out of season (29th April - 1st May) and the TV in my room didn't work. The receptionist had a look at it but couldn't fix it! No room safe or tea/coffee making facilities in the room either unfortunately, which was a bit of a shame.

A nice stay in Dubrovnik

Location is good - easy walk to the bus stop to get to the Old City. Many restaurants nearby, a beautiful walk up the promenade overlooking the sea, also with many bars and restaurants and fancy hotels to admire.. Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful outdoor pool and patio.

Unfortunately, since it was the end of the summer season, the bar was not open. At breakfast, regular American coffee was available but there was a charge for espresso drinks.

Pleasant

Breakfast was quite sad. Tried the scrambled eggs once but they were so oily that I never took it again. Tried the boiled egg, but it was way overdone; never took it again. There were chocolate and jam croissants, which were ok (when they were not burnt, which was half of the time), but why no plain croissants? There were always apples and (water)melon, but bananas were available only once in the week I was there. Never any local seasonal fruit.

it is close to Sunset beach and in a quiet area.

The location is very far from Old City and other tourist sites. the rooms are smaller. Breakfast spread was very limited. No body wash in washrooms. very small room size.

bathroom could use some repairs in one of the rooms we booked, the towel rack/radiator was rusty, the shower doors didn't fully close etc., it was very clean though
