This hotel is beautiful, I highly recommend it. We were on the 8th floor with wonderful views of the sea and islands. We took Ubers into old town for touring, yet there is also a bus that comes to the hotel that is an option. Walkable to a nearby promenade filled with restaurants, a little uphill on the way back for less than half a mile. The breakfast was great, many options in the buffet. We went in late October and missed the crowds, which we liked. Glad we chose to stay here.

What a wonderful stay! The view from our room was amazing! They upgraded our room which was awesome! The restaurant was delicious! Easy to take the bus to the old City, right by the hotel entrance. You can even but your city pass at the hotel. The staff was incredible as well. Perfect 10/10!

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The views of the sea from every bedroom, restaurant, swimming pool and bar were breathtaking. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. Breakfast was incredible - so much choice and delicious. The 10 minute bus ride from right outside the hotel to the old town every 15 minutes was perfect. We had such a glorious time. ❤️

I had a one person room and spent 3 nights there. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the upstairs reception and lobby bar and of course from the room and the private balcony. Also tried the indoor pool and the Sauna. The pool area downstairs I'm sure would be great during the summer, now it wasn't quite warm enough for swimming for me outside for that. The room was beautiful and clean, service was great as well, everybody were nice and happy to help with any questions. The breakfast had a plentitude of options, the food was good and the view over the adriatic sea was even better. Would recommend, especially during the Summer season!

Love this hotel its closest enough to old town where you can hop on a bus right out front for 1.75 euro and be there in 5 minutes but far enough away where you have privacy. The swimming area in the adriatic is fantastic and so is the spa. Also love the breakfast its so good and the views from the hotel are amazing not to mention the sunset. The rooms are really nice, spacious clean and have every amentity. Would highly reccomend staying here

Amazing microlocation with a vast seafront and impeccable views from almost anywhere. The biggest criticism concerns the food in both hotel restaurants — poor quality and hugely overpriced. The massage treatment in the spa was bordering on incompetent, and expensive as well. Not what you should expect in a 5-star resort.

Very nice property and great rooms. Air-conditioning blows ice cold. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is just average. The lunch and dinner are very delicious and have lots of fresh fish and seafood. Highly recommend the restaurant next to the pool. Bartenders can make all sorts of drinks and the prices are reasonable for Europe. Staff at the front desk went above and beyond as did the bellman.

Stunning hotel. Views are outstanding. Only ate at the lanyern restaurant which was really nice. Drinks on the pricey side but it is to be expected. Bus number 4 straight into the old town every 15 minutes. Paddle tennis courts, pools, diving centre - loads to do. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Even in peak season there were plenty of sunbeds and and there was direct access into the sea for swimming Easy walk into lapad centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants with a good range of cuisine. Entertainment was limited. It would be nice if they had a bbq night with music but there was only a pianist . I would definitely stay at the hotel again .

It looks nice in the photo but I would not stay at this hotel again. It seems like a god hotel for families. Items in my room were dirty. Twice I ate in the restaurants and there was hair on my placemats both times. The food was not good. It states it has a spa but I don't don't believe it was spa. It does have beautiful views.

lighting of room is below expectation. shower in the bath tube is a life risk specially for the elderly. drain of water and foam in the bath tube is horrible. there is no place in the bath room to hang a hand towel.there is not a suitable place to dry up washed underware. women have difficulty to do make up. gluten free bread is bad. hot cafe latte takes too long at breakfast. room is clean and staff try to help.

A lovely peaceful hotel with everything you could possibly want. Really lovely staff, good food, particularly the breakfast which was great, good rooms (go for the higher floors if you can) with comfy beds and sublime views ... lovely pools and you can jump straight into the Adriatic. Also, I got this stay for a really keen price through hotels.com. There are some beautiful walks to do, particularly from Lapad beach up the Promenade which is breathtaking and has some beautiful restaurants too. The Old City is also absolutely beautiful. We went to some lovely restaurants there, one called Rudger which was a truly beautiful place with great views and delicious food and also Proto just off the main drag which was excellent but not cheap. Back in Lapad, try Levanat for good food and a stunning setting.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel minus a few issues. When we first turned up, they tried to check us into an inferior room we didn’t order but we resolved that in the first hour. Not a great start but we moved rooms. Room was noisy every night which negatively impacted sleep due to other guests stomping around for hours, slamming doors etc. but cleaners were great and everything was clean every day. Staff were great, breakfast buffet was average along with restaurant food but fresh, sea was beautiful. Plenty of beds and towels at beach which was great. Hotel guests were not the classiest at times but overall, great experience. Beautiful location.

I had some issues with the housekeeping service. I reported it to the management and their response was 5 star. The location of the hotel is superb and the team attitude is second to none. Also, getting to the old town takes only 10 minutes from a very, very close bus stop. I will definitely come back next year. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional breakfast buffet. Great pool areas. Regular towel changes morning and evening. Very comfortable bed, strong waterfall shower. Amazing sunset views from the room balcony. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere away from overcrowded Old Town but very easy to get to and from on bus line 4 that stops directly in front of the hotel. One of the best hotel stays, will be back! PSA: buy the Dubrovnik pass that includes city wall and museum entry as well as local bus travel. 1, 3 or 7 day pass for £40, £50 or £60. It’s very good value for money, the buses are regular and so easy to use.

I like the fact there were many options for food. There were restaurants within the hotel and outside by the pool. I also had a nice updated room with a great view. It was very quiet during the evenings and end at nights. I especially like the fact I can use the indoor pool or the outdoor pool depending on the weather. Everything was nice and clean.
