Clean and nice facilities.
Ambivalent, getting dated and a lot of building work around it.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious and of great quality. The wellness area was also very pleasant and relaxing.
There was nothing to complain about, everything met our expectations.

All of the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was huge with the inclusion of a sitting room. There was a kettle and fridge with a selection of tea and coffee. Bathroom had everything we needed. We were on half board and both breakfast and evening meal buffets had good quality food and plenty of choices. Although we didn't use them, the hotel has a lovely pool and wellbeing centre. Location was by Lapland Bay with a bus stop for the number 4 bus on its doorstep - this would take you to the Old Town, a very regular service. We obtained a 3 day Dubrovnik Pass which also includes unlimited travel on the buses, we felt that this was a worthwhile option, considering the location.
Shower mixer tap was difficult to regulate water temperature.

Hotel staff were exceptionally nice, helpful, and attentive – 5 stars for them!
Food was amazing. We were really happy with both breakfast and dinner options. There were different types of eggs, and even quark-type cheese, which we loved as it’s also a traditional option in Poland where we’re from.
They also had options to suit British tastes, like a full English breakfast (beans, bacon, etc.).
Dinner buffets were excellent – lots of variety, very tasty, and full of flavour. Freshly made juices were a nice touch.
Some desserts were great, especially those kept in the fridge. cakes on a table were pretty dry. The pistachio cake on our first day was absolutely delicious (we were really hoping to see it again later, but unfortunately it didn’t return). The lemon cheesecake was also amazing.
There was quite a bit of repetition in desserts, but dinner dishes changed daily. Overall, 5 stars for food!
Cleanliness: The hotel and restaurant were very clean. Tables were spotless and tablecloths changed after each guest.
We received a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice surprise.
Robes, slippers, and spa towels were provided free of charge.
The room had a small fridge, kettle, and hairdryer, plus plenty of storage space.
There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel – only €2.50 to the Old Town.
Upon arrival, we were given a city map and lots of helpful information.
We had booked a room with a sea view, but it was completely blocked by tall trees. The only view we had was of the road, trees, and distant hills.
The air conditioning didn’t work. During the day, we could open the balcony, but at night it was too noisy outside – lots of motorbikes and cars hitting loose drain covers, which made a loud banging sound. Even with earplugs, we struggled to sleep for the first four nights.
We reported it, and although the engineer checked, it wasn’t fixed. Later we were told that the system had been switched to heating for the whole hotel, so air conditioning couldn’t be turned on in just one room. It was a strange explanation, but the staff were very apologetic. We received a fruit basket, an apology letter, and were offered free drinks (we don’t drink alcohol, so we declined). They also gave us a fan, which helped a lot – we finally managed to sleep for the last three nights.
The mattress was too hard and pillows too big and high, so we woke up quite achy every morning. I had to use my jumper as a pillow instead but it wasn't the most comfortable solution.
The spa was disappointing. The jacuzzi water had an unpleasant smell, and on the second day we noticed mould on the plastic drain cover around it. We left immediately and didn’t use it again. It was disappointing because we had specifically booked a spa hotel.
The indoor pool was small with no water jets or features. The outdoor pool area was also small, with only about 10 sunbeds, and it stayed in the shade all day.
The balcony felt enclosed – covered on both sides and above, so it didn’t feel like an open space. It was fully shaded and not very inviting to sit on.
Housekeeping cleaned the mugs in the bathroom, but coffee stains were not properly removed. It would be better to replace them with fresh mugs.
There was no iron in the room.
The TV had mostly Croatian channels and only a few English news channels so nothing to watch.

The location is great and the facilities are clean.
The hotel is dated and the food at the buffet was not very good. We also couldn’t enjoy the pool due to construction happening right above it. They should warn people about this when booking as we chose this hotel specifically for the pool. Overall for the price I found this hotel disappointing.

We had an ocean view room with a fabulous view. The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection and was very tasty. It was a short walk to a few lovely beaches. Not far to walk to a general purpose food, wine and clothing store. Lots of restaurants were in close proximity. The buffet dinner at the hotel we had one night which was good value and had a good variety of items. The staff were lovely and the best ever chambermaids. Every time we went for breakfast our room was cleaned by the time we returned.
Can’t think of anything

Mattresses were hard & water temperature in shower was not constant. Toilet was malfunctioning. Sliding glass door was hard & almost impossible to close. Towels were like sand paper!

Wonderful people.
A great variety of food.

The reservation staff were brilliant, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Best location, bus is out the front to the old town and walking distance to the beaches and resturants around Lapad .. We were upgraded to a stunning balcony room which really made our trip as we had family and friends also staying and our room was a good drinks room. Spa facilities were fantastic, a few of us had massages and they were brilliant. Oh and the bar staff were always great and accommodating ..
The aircon in the gym did not work which made it impossible to train in the afternoon with the sun beaming in. The breakfast staff need a lesson from the front desk and bar staff, very moody.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location for getting around, with a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance.
The bath was a bit high to get into, and the shower doors didn’t close properly, leaving a gap and water on the floor. The shower was quite basic for a 4 star hotel and spa, and didn’t fit the connection on the wall, so could only be handheld.

Wish a tad more shade on outside pool.

Hotel was conveniently located with the bus stop to the old town just outside.
Lovely sea view from the bedroom with the balcony.
Bathroom was a little dated. Bit of an effort to get in and out of the bathtub.
Shower head did not fit properly and you had to huddle to slot it in.

Good location. Just a few steps from the beach. Staff is great! Comfy beds and the breakfast is very nice
The tub and a a bit tricky to step in and out. The water gets cold and hot while you’re taking a shower but not a bing issue

The hotel was amazingly clean everywhere - rooms, pool, reception. Really nice location - beach a short walk away, bus stop to the old town right outside. Very helpful, friendly staff. Room nice, helpful to have a fridge in the room, and kettle. Lovely balcony with great view over the sea. A few shops and restaurants nearby within easy reach for holiday essentials. Air con was great, and easily adjustable. Hotel also organised transfers for us to and from the airport that were very convenient and hassle-free.
We didn't find the buffet dinner at the hotel totally to our taste, but we are not the easiest customers in that respect. Our shower screen was not totally effective so the bathroom floor got flooded each shower. We did not raise either of these with the hotel as they were just minor points.

Staff were very friendly, and helpful.
VERY DISAPPOINTED to find out when we arrived, that there were "major" building works going on. This made lying around the pool difficult because of the constant noise and banging.
We SHOULD have been advised that building work was going on. Infact another HOTEL was being built.

Very comfy beds and well proportioned rooms. Good location close to all the main amenities and beaches. Swimming pool is a god send!
Not enough sun loungers during busy periods.

Not much of a view from the balcony, no restaurant facilities.

Very impressed. The photographs does not do it justice. The location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Dubrovnik. A 10minute (max) bus ride to the Old Town and a 2 minute walk to the beach - with crystal clear water and a pebbly beach (take footwear)
There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and a lovely promenade around the coast line.
The staff were perfect, airport transfers were no stress and the room was amazing. Balcony, sea view, and impeccably clean. (Maid came everyday)
The pool was great and the bar was great with very friendly and helpful staff.
We ate out every night, but the breakfast was very good with lots of food on offer. (I loved the poached eggs)
Would 100% recommend this hotel

Good sized clean rooms with a lovely view, friendly staff and great breakfast! All in a great location.
A little dated and the shower was very temperamental.

The location is great, the hotel is modern. Rooms were very clean. The wellness center features a gym, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool. The food buffet was delicious. The hotel has also a private and very nice beach and a parking. Exactly in front of the hotel there is a bus station and every 20 min a bus comes and in 10 min you arrive in Dubrovnik old town. The bus is running until mid of night, which is really great.

Great location and staff really helpful
Maybe some evening entertainment, lacked a bit of atmosphere
7.0 / 10.0
Hotel is reasonably small to have nicer intimate stay. Assuming you get a room with the view towards the sea, sunset views can be stunning (depending on season, weather..). One of the beaches is virtually in front of the hotel - just take the stairs!
Quality of the room was decent, with some smaller things to nag about, but not impacting the overall experience too much.
Bed provided rather good sleep, but evenings & mornings were filled with construction noise - good motivation to spend more time outside!
Pretty good breakfast was provided to kick off the day.
Bus stop in the front of the hotel helps with simple commute at predictable prices.
Overall value for money was good.
!! Next to the hotel there is an ongoing construction !! Depending on the room, you may be more or less affected by it, yet works were conducted even during weekend days. Hotel should be honest to mention it.
Average quality of rooms - nothing extraordinary. Parking can be quite challenging when traveling by car, even off-season. Terrace window was not properly closing, letting chilling wind into the room (it was one of the coldest weeks of the spring).
Spa/indoor pool opening hours were a bit too short for people who prefer to spend daytime outside.

Breakfast was very good helpful staff
Shower over bath. Bath was very high to climb into bath floor very slippery. Could improve with just a shower removing bath
8.0 / 10.0
Lovely and clean hotel in a great location and lovely facilities including the pool and spa/wellness centre. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and could be enjoyed from a lovely terrace with sea views!
There was a strong perfumed smell in the property, which appeared to be coming from the air conditioning units. It was not a bad smell but I found it too strong and had to keep the aircon off in our room. Also, the staff while nice and polite didn’t provide any information about the facilities other than breakfast times. They also never told us we could access a lovely beach just across the road in a sister hotel or that a bus into the old town stopped right outside the door. A little bit more info on check in would be great!

Room service.
Room 217 directly above the restaurant cook house. Daily cooking smell from the toilet ventilator.
Far end room from the lift.

Exceptional hotel, fabulous, helpful, and friendly staff, super clean with an amazing spa and massage was superb. Our room was superb and cleaned daily with exceptional views of the sea. Great choice of food available for breakfast and only a short stroll to all the bars & restaurants. On arrival, we had a very warm welcome, beautiful towel decoration & chocolates on the bed, along with the arrival of bubbles courtesy of the hotel. What a truly fabulous place, will definitely be returning.
Not many sunbeds are available as it's early season.
