Location and it was clean.
Floor in one bedroom was very squeaky when you walked across it. It would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods available for first thing in the morning.

Rubbish left in bathroom caddy , noisy floor in 2nd bedroom ,
Only 1 wine glass , extras delivered later . No tea towel to dry dishes and no face washers, 3 only similar size cups , 1 teaspoon , a toaster would be nice .
