Good location and space, along with great hosts, but dated appliances, facilities and furnishings.

Large space and located on a quiet street with easy access to groceries, restaurants and transportation. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The Wifi was poor and only available in one common room. It was not available in any of the bed rooms. There were almost 6 flights of very uneven (worn out) stairs to climb to get to the apartment. not suitable for senior or individuals with mobility concerns or lots of bags. The washing machines (two of them) did not work.

Nice big apartment in quiet area

Nice big apartment for our group of 6. We loved the quiet area with lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The host company (Sarlux) were friendly and fast with their communication via Booking.com

The washing machine wasn't working so I had to waste holiday time to get to a laundromat. The host company did offer me the use of a washing machine next door but we had a tour booked so I couldn't make their suggested time. The aircons were not working optimally in two of the rooms but we managed.

Very large apartment in a quiet part of Venice

The apartment is very spacious and could easily accommodate our large party. It is in a very nice and quiet location, and not located right in a main square. It is close enough to walk to everything, or take the vaporetto. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked nicely. The hosts were responsive to our questions and let us store our luggage before and after check in/out.

The Wifi does not work very well. There were 2 washing machines in the apartment and neither of them worked. The host let some of our party use a machine in another apartment but that one didn't have a proper spin cycle so clothes were left very, very wet. The rest of our party was never able to do laundry and had been counting on doing it there. Overall a good stay, but a heads up about the washing machine would have been helpful.

Great place for a large family to enjoy the wonders of Venice

Loads of space and great for a big family stay. Location was an easy walk to airport water bus, and only a 20 min walk to St Mark’s square.

Spacious and comfortable, in a quiet part of Venice.

This apartment is massive - so much space and really easy to relax as a family of four with the 3 bedrooms. The host allowed us a late check out which was really helpful on our departure day. We loved the wooden ceiling and furnishings too.

The wifi only worked for us in one room of the apartment. Washing machine didn’t work. The host let us use the washing machine from another apartment which was helpful, but that one left our clothes very wet (no proper rinse and spin cycle) so it took quite some time for our clothes to dry on racks.

Location and size of the apartment were great

The management and check in procedures are terrible. I also didn’t think a broken washing machine half full of water and mosquitos on that washing machine in the living areas are good. Kitchen is poor with regards to its equipment compared with other Venetian and Italian tourist apartments

extremely horrible and unprofessional host that ruined our holiday

location was good and apartment was spacious

host. We had a terrible experience. when we entered the property as we were exhausted and couldn’t find the remote control for air conditioners we asked the host about. but his reply was that we are not allowed to use the ac during specific temperatures. we respected his instruction and didn’t even turn on the ac. there were 2 washing machines and we were confused which one to use and asked the host about it. then we couldn’t find the iron box we asked him, he said its not available as the stay is just for two days, but he can send the iron box in one - two hours, then we called the host - then he started talking about energy consumption and then he suddenly became extremely arrogant and started shouting and asked us to leave the property immediately otherwise he will come in twenty minutes and throw our luggages out. then within half an hour he entered the property without even ringing the bell and started blaming us for asking too many things and asked to leave the apartment. this behaviour shocked us and this issue put unimaginable emotional stress to ourselves and our mother and children as we were there for a memorable holidays. this is the first time we are facing such an issue . usually the host will guide us with every information upon entry and it is quite normal to ask any queries and we get prompt responses from the hosts. Here instead of this he is frustrated with our questions. We specifically booked this property seeing all the facilities listed (washing machine, iron box and airconditions were listed)After this incident we didn’t feel safe and we called booking.com and they helped us and provided alternative arrangements. Immediately we checked out feeling unsafe although we had one night left.

A great place to stay in Venice. Situated in a quiet street, a 10 min walk from the bus/train station. The apartment is stylishly decorated but really comfortable - air conditioning in every bedroom. Two large and clean bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen.

Table was broken and futon bed in living room would not stay down. Also, slats for bed in back bedroom need replaced.

Great apartment, large and can accommodate 6 people very nicely.

We liked the size of the apartment. It was a very convenient location with nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment has no lift so it is a hike up to the second floor with luggage. The internet was very spotty and not reliable. But we had a great time there and would recommend it to others. - Gigsie WV

La ubicacion

Cuando llegamos no habiamos recibido el mensaje con las instrucciones de acceso, llamamos al telefono facilitido, y nos atendio con malas formas, volvi a llamar y ya directamente me cortaban la llamada, y me remitian al cha de booking, lo que me parece una falta de respeto bastante grande hacia el cliente. 2 aires acondicionado no funcionaban, y no se soluciono. El wiffi no funcionaba tampoco. La lavadora no funcionaba correctamente. Numerosas hormigas en uno de los baños. El horno no se podia usar, ya que no habia enchufe cercano. No hemos estado a gusto, sinceramente no lo recomendamos.

Pésimo anfitrión

Lo amplio. Lo demás NO fue agradable .

Siento hacer estos comentarios pero son necesarios. El anfitrión fue pésimo, aparte de no aparecer para nada en el apartamento, nos tuvo como media hora o mas en pleno sol cuando llegamos. No quiso darnos la clave para el acceso al departamento hasta que no pagáramos el impuesto municipal. Le marcamos varias veces diciéndole que no entraba el internet para hacer el pago con la tarjeta y él solo respondía que lo sentía pero sin el pago no nos podía ayudar. Sabemos que hay que pagar un impuesto ya que hemos viajado infinidad de veces, pero por la localización de ese departamento no entraba el internet. Le dijimos que viniera a recibirnos y le pagábamos en efectivo y ni así quiso. Una Sra italiana vecina de el, le marcó y le dijo que no nos tuviera a pleno rayo del Sol pero a él no le importó . Por todo esto tan incómodo y humillante NO lo recomiendo . Aparte no pudimos bañarnos en uno de los baños ya que nunca salió agua caliente. El departamento está descuidado y la entrada al edificio está sucio y descuidado. Somos 8 personas y todas coincidimos en lo mismo. Venimos haciendo un recorrido por Europa pero este departamento y sobre todo la atención del anfitrión no nos gustó 👎

ottima posizione, silenzioso, ampi spazi, bagni ben attrezzati, molto pulito, asciugamani e lenzuola di buona qualita’

quattro piani di scale a piedi per arrivare all’appartamento, letti piccoli per chi e’ molto alto, prese elettriche da rivedere, neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo all’arrivo.

Todo muy bien.

Todo estaba muy limpio. Era un apartamento amplio y cómodo. Tenia todo lo necesario para la estancia. Y la temperatura dentro de la vivienda era muy confortable.

Sólo faltaba tener un poco más de superficie en la cocina para poder cocinar de forma más cómoda.
