The person l was dealing with was very helpful. Good location as within walking distance of St Marks Square

The water in the shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold The shower did not drain away dirty water The apartment is tiny in comparison to photos. Bedrooms are good size but the front room is tiny and the additional sofa bed was unusable due to size of the front room. The sofa bed is more for 1 person not 2. There is also no air conditioning in the front room or hall so not able to sleep on the sofa bed due to the heat. The stair rail entering the property is dangerous for children. We had a 12 year old with us.

A place to sleep.

3 Bedrooms, it was a quiet street.

Just 1 toilet for 3 bedroom, can you imagine 7 people using the same toilet? Yeah so that’s it. The house is small, it has nothing, a small kitchen that looked like a bar, adjacent to the living room which is 1 table and 4 chairs, downstairs there is a floor that is unusable, maybe for dirty or wet clothes, who knows! The closest water bus stop is almost 10 min walking, crossing bridges with stairs, with suitcases and heavy items, not fun! Price... better we don’t talk about that. 350€ per night. What can I say? just because it’s Venice we should accept like this? Think about it. Edited to reply the company: First it wasn't my choice to book such a small apartment, you didn't have any other bigger apartment when I booked it, at least not available, nor did you offer us any bigger place. 2nd, I never requested 9 beds, there were 6 beds only, I only requested to open the sofa bed, 2 of the rooms had one bed only, that's 2. Plus the 3rd bedroom that had another 3, that's 5 beds there. Not 9. If you count the Sofa bed, then it's 6 beds. But far from 9! it is a bed per person, except one of them. Third, I didn't know it had only 1 bathroom, with 3 bedrooms I couldn't imagine it would only have 1 bathroom, but there you go... The kitchen it's ok, the problem is they made the entrance of the bathroom bigger and that leaves no space on the right side of the kitchen, can't get inside that right side.

Niente. La peggior esperienza mai avuta. Al rientro l'ultima sera abbiamo trovato il condizionatore che pioveva e aveva bagnato indumenti, attrezzatura fotografica, libri. Abbiamo tempestivamente scritto alla struttura alle 23 di sera CHE CI HA RISPOSTO IL GIORNO DOPO ALLE 16 (noi siamo partiti alle 8 del mattino successivo), dicendo che senza aver visionato personalmente il danno non potevano fare nulla. Credo che una assicurazione per danni arrecati alle cose degli ospiti sia doverosa. Abbiamo tutta la documentazione video dei danni subiti.

Tutto. l'appartamento fa schifo, mobili vecchi e appunto condizionatori vecchi che perdevano acqua.

3 osobne pokoje w każdym duże podwójne łóżko, w jednym jeszcze dwa małe dodatkowe. Apartament pomieści nawet 8 osób. Czysto i schudnie. Świetna lokalizacja.

Beliggenheden var perfekt i forhold til adgang til arkitektur biennalen- vi havde en pavillon ved Arsenale.
