Ottima posizione e eccellente organizzazione. Silvia è sempre attenta alle richieste ed è andato tutto benissimo. Appartamento pulito e comodo. Via Garibaldi è una sorpresa tutta da scoprire con un sacco di ottimi posti dove mimetizzarsi tra i veneziani. Stupendo!
da italiano mi mancava la Tv, ma giustamente come mi è stato detto.... è una scelta non avere le tv perchè è più bello girare la città!

Appartamento super pulito e curato, in una posizione fantastica: a due passi da Piazza San Marco e proprio accanto alla Biennale.
Silvia è stata super simpatica e disponibile, con un’ottima comunicazione.
Zona centrale e comodissima.

posizione eccellente, pulizia impeccabile e un'atmosfera unica. Venezia è sempre stupenda, ma questo alloggio ha reso il nostro weekend davvero speciale. rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo per gli standard della città. la zona di Castello è deliziosa, piena di bacari autentici frequentati dai veneziani

Idyllic location. Great spot in a quaint laneway off the main Via Garibaldi in Castello, one of the residential districts.
Walk down the lane way & directly into cafes, fresh fruit stall, & a short 30sec walk to the bakery. Dotted with a number of restaurants, cafe bars, coffee spots, even a take away pizza place and gelateria. Honestly perfect for kids.
Ideal for living away from home, a mini supermarket and pharmacy is less that a minute walk away.
Around the corner from Garibaldi park, were you can stroll down the park to get relief from the humid Venetian summer. And say hello to the family of turtles in the pond.
Two vapporetto (water bus) stops are a 5-10min walk away (Arsenale & Giardini) giving access to the entire city via various vaporetti lines. (1,2,4.1,4.2,5.1,5.2).
Lovely, quiet and safe, but only a 5min ferry ride to the hustle and bustle of Piazza San Marco.
Nice and clean. Clean bathroom and shower, small kitchen.
Unfortunately a family of 6 was a stretch for the accomodation. The two air conditioned bedrooms upstairs were ideal for my 4 kids, but the downstairs living room converted into a third bedroom wasn’t ideal given only a fan to cool down.
No washing machine limited the options for washing clothes. The washing lines pinned between buildings was cool, and in the summer heat dried clothes real quick.
