L'hôte était adorable, disponible et très réactive. De belles attentions étaient laissées, des recommandations de choses à faire et de restaurants nous ont été adressés. Elle a prit les devants pour nous contacter bien avant notre arrivée pour faciliter notre organisation.

It is a small apartment, clean, well kept, with all you need. The bathroom, shower, air condition all work nicely. The location is perfect: very close to Giardini and Via Garibaldi. 10 min. walk to Arsenale. The host was helpful and quickly available via telephone. It is in the basement - so no stairs but no sight and windows kept closed during hot season. And open during night time.
A bit difficult to find, because entrance door is on other side of building (compared to official address).

A lovely stadio, everything is functional and nicely organized. Air conditioning works well and the water pressure is good. The location is perfect, it’s close to a water bus station and a park. The host is super helpful and welcoming!

Lage, vor allem für Besucher der Biennale, optimal; sehr funktionales, gut durchdachtes (optimiertes) aber auch sehr sauberes Appartment-Studio; von der typischen Feuchtigkeit in Venedig Gebäuden/Appartments war hier kaum etwas zu bemerken(!); ruhige Umgebung; WLAN sehr gut;
Auf den Fotos wirkt das Appt etwas großzügiger, als es ist; da nur Studio Charakter, gibt es kein separates Bidet; Türschloss war etwas ruckelig (sollte evtl nochmals geölt werden?)
