Close to Vaporetto stop - 3 minute walk.
Washing machine.
Kitchen facilities.
Responsive hosts.
Clean.
Spacious - large enough for two adults and a child.
Close to shops and cafes etc.
Amazing location, although not "central" and certainly not close to the train/bus station.
The toliet blocked on one occasion, although the host sent a maintenance man rapidly to fix the problem.
There is a smell from the bathroom, that could be over powering at times.
Sofa bed was not particularly comfortable and the pillows were in the same state.
The neighbour was particularly loud whilst we were visiting, however there may have been a number of parties due to Carnivale commencing.
Some water damage on the roof of the bathroom causing paint to peel the whole stay.

Very close to lots of good tourist locations. Very friendly staff. Lots of facilities - washing machine, fridge, microwave, dish washer. Good security and felt safe.

The host was very kind and responsive
We rented three apartments for our extended family and there were some maintenance issues such as no hot water & a leaking showerhead. These did get resolved quickly
