Great location. A few steps from vaporetto, short walk to St Marks Square and Castello area for shops and cafes etc. Little outdoor terrace. Good shower pressure. Ground floor easy with suitcases. Big windows that opened wide for fresh air. Responsive host. Brought us a new kettle same day we arrived to replace a broken one and replied promptly to all questions.
No screens on windows meant mosquitoes. Kitchen equipment lacking eg. not enough mugs, spoons, forks for the 5 of us. Small single bed not very comfortable for our 12 year old. Bedrooms a good size but no living room. Only a kitchen with a table that fitted 3 people and a 2-seater sofa. All quite cramped.

Fantastische locatie, 2 minuten lopen van de vaporette. Fijne, betaalbare accommodatie met een erg attente host, wij vierden mijn verjaardag in Venetië, de avond daarvoor bracht de host een kaart, een fles bubbels en een taart, hoe leuk is dat!
Iets meer pannen met goede deksels zou handig zijn.
