Nice place, very well located, close to the beach, vaporetto, shops and restaurants, but not on the main street, thus in a quieter area.
Fully equipped, appropriate for any travelling group.
As I travel with kids, I always check the reviews to make sure I find an appropriate space for our vacation. I was delighted to see that each negative feedback was taken into consideration and an improvement was made. So, the space has now an iron, proper furniture patio, privacy from the neighbors, etc.
The contact person was very responsive and supportive.
It really felt like we were in some friend’s house, and not in just another sterile renting place.
I would change the pillows in the bedrooms.

- Zentrale Lage zur Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta mit Restaurants, Läden und Eisdielen, die Nähe zum Strand und zur Fähre.
- Große Wohnung mit Zwei Schlafzimmern und weiterer Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer bei 5 Personen.
- Bei Rückfragen zu einem Klimaanlagenproblem wurde sofort reagiert und der Kontakt gesucht
- Nach einem etwas holprigen Start am Vorabend der Anreise hinsichtlich eines „ Late Check in“ fühlten wir uns vorab nicht wirklich willkommen, der Check in selbst wurde dann aber nach einigen Mailwechseln am Tage der Anreise sehr freundlich durchgeführt.
- Was zur Gesamtbewertung führt, sind die schlechten Matratzen in allen Betten. Diese müssen seit Jahren nicht erneuert worden sein und waren extrem unbequem und durchgelegen, auch im Kinderzimmer. Eine Matratze war gar nicht nutzbar im Kinderzimmer . Ich erwarte keinen Luxus, aber möchte mich erholen im Urlaub und gut schlafen können. Da stimmt dann das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht, auch nicht für eine Wohnung auf dem lido di Venezia. Ein invest ist dringend angeraten und kostet nicht die Welt für einen Vermieter und wäre ein einfacher Schritt - daher für mich nicht in Ordnung.
- das Geschirr war nicht alles sauber im Schrank , was aber vermutlich daran lag, dass die Spülmaschine nicht sauber spülte und wir dann ohnehin meist alles per Hand gespült haben.
- ein weiteres Besteck-Set fehlt
- Terrasse groß, aber „lieblos“ eingerichtet
