About this apartment rental

Restored in June 2019, bright basement, with all the comforts and appliances. 15 minutes from Piazza S. Marco and a few steps from the beach. The windows overlook a garden, away from the noise and the typical crowd of Venice. Convenient to visit Venice and the islands of the lagoon, being just a few meters from the vaporetto terminal. ideal for a family or two couples, possibility to add 2 beds on the sofa bed

Perfect location, away from the crowds of Venice but close to the vaporetta station for easy access. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed as our home away from home. Angelo and Emanuela couldn't have been more helpful. Check in was simple because Emanuela met us when we arrived and walked us to the apartment.They were very responsive to any questions and provided all the information we needed to settle in and make the most of our few days there. We eould highly recommend this vacation home to others!

Excellent place. Clean, not damp, spacious and modern. Has everything you need (including some super glue in the drawer in the hall which we used to mend a split boot - thanks for that). Bed very comfortable. Very convenient location. Angelo met us from the Alilaguna and walked us to the location.

Quaint property with amazing location to water bus and Main Street in Lido. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Surpurb communication at check in. Would recommend for a family with children.
