In the centre of Venezia, in the district Dorsoduro, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, directly by the canal. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 1.7 km, railway station "Venezia Santa Lucia" 2 km, ferry "Vaporetto stop Accademia" 300 m. nice apartment mainly on first floor with a bedroom downstairs. no good for disabled access. kitchen not fully equipped(no oil /chopping board)/no hot water) you would have to buy all your kitchen needs. little toilet paper. for a two day stay perfect but any longer be prepared to replenish. excellent location and friendly contacts. If you're looking for perfect this is not it but in terms of convenience its great

Perfect flat in a peacefull part of Venice. The rooms are on two different floors and not suited for toddlers but fine if you Travelocity with bigger children. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Heizung funktioniert gut. Einziges Manko: das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (Einzelbett und Nische mit Doppelbett) ist ein bisschen feucht. Da blättert teilweise Putz von der Wand. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Location mieux en photo qu'en vrai mais quand même tout à fait habitable. Il n'y a pas de note qui corresponde à la location; je dirais bien mais sans plus. L'appartement est quand même assez loin de la Place Saint-Marc mais le quartier de Dorsoduro est très agréable.
