Modern apartment on the first floor of an ancient Venetian palace. The apartment has a large, shared terrace from which you can admire the canal and the city. The living area includes a welcoming living room with a sofa and a dining table. The kitchen, complete with everything you need for cooking, includes a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Suite 1241 has two finely furnished bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed, the second with a single bed and a queen-size bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower.
The accommodation also includes a single sofa bed.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Venice. The apartment had all the comforts of home and was in a great location.

This apartment was great. The rooftop terrace was especially enjoyable! We had one issue with the apartment having bags of trash and dirty linens when we arrived. However, it was resolved within a few hours.
