The room was well airconditioned. After a long day of walking around in steam hot Venice it felt amazing.
We didn’t like the duvet covers, I don’t want to touch the duvet when I’m sleeping.

Its was very central, the bed was very comfortable and the house was quiet as regards to the other residents.
Windows had obscure glass and I could not seem to open them. The wardrobe had only 4 hangers and I could have brought some if I thought there was so few. The outside noise was very loud some nights, it’s not the fault of the residence though, it’s just the location. I would have liked a fresh floor mat for the shower.

Great location right in the middle of Dorsoduro, near the Academia. Not in the crazy busy area but very lively area with lots happening around. Lots of good places to eat and visit nearby, and good distance to many things in Venice. It's a 30 min walk from the main bus/metro terminal, but only 5 mins from water taxi stops (~10€ ride). The entrance and common areas are quite charming, with a shared microwave and refrigerator split for each room.
The residence was a bit tricky to find at first but easy after getting there a few times. The host sends very detailed directions with pictures, and Google maps does take you to the front door. There is a nice shared outdoor patio but the lights were not working for night time use.

El lugar cumple con lo que se ve, pero termina siendo muy costoso para la calidad que ofrece. Se podría decir que es un hostel sin servicio de personal.
No funcionaba el aire acondicionado a la llegada, y demoraron 2 días en darnos asistencia. Dieron vueltas para finalmente enviar un técnico cuando ya nos quedaba una sola noche. Sin aire es casi imposible dormir en la habitación triple.
