We enjoyed our time in the apartment and in beautiful Venice!

Excellent location and we liked that the ACs worked very well! Also detailed instructions were very helpful. The water taxi dropped us off very close and there was no need to cross any bridges with the luggage!

Nothing we liked everything. Minor comments: Bathroom door couldn’t be closed completely I didn’t see the blow dryer

Hidden gem.

The location was perfect! I loved being able to walk around the city all day, then get home easily to Ca'Rezzonico, or passegiata to nearby San Barnaba and Campo Margherita in the evenings. The view from the rooftop patio is unbelievable. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-stocked, and the bathroom was perfectly adequate and clean.

The bathroom sink didn't drain quickly, but overall the place was spotless.

Family friendly apartment in a great location

This apartment was in a perfect spot for families. It was easy to walk to everything and yet it was quiet at night and did not feel touristy. The apartment was clean, well stocked and easy to access. Our host was very responsive and helpful to answer any question we had.

I generally like a printed welcome booklet to read reccomendations and browse things to do... the host was so easy to message I was able to ask any questions I had...

This was a lovely spacious apartment for 4 of us but would also fit a larger family or group of friends. Right on a small canal and easy access to everything in this quiet neighborhood-thank you for the hospitality!

we had a wonderful stay. if you like nice quiet nights after a long day of sight seeing, this was perfect for us

good quiet location, lots of nearby choices for meals. the apartment set up with the bedrooms being quite separate was great. nice to have the Nespresso machine. the lovely view of the small canal was quite beautiful

the beds are a bit too firm, possibly replace the shower head so it stays up for taller people.

Overall a really lovely stay in a quiet and beautiful area.

We stayed during the winter so if the thermostat could have been set to be warm when we arrived and when we got up in the mornings it would have been more comfortable. Failing that, a couple of fleece blankets would be easy to provide so guests don't have to sit around in your coats until the apartment warms up. Another couple of pillows for the beds would have been nice.

Perfect stay!

The apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed. The beds were comfy with extra pillows and duvets in the wardrobes. The kitchen was well equipt and all the small details were really thought through.There was only 2 of us but there would have been plenty of room for more people. The communication with Faville Tours was amazing and the directions and instructions were really clear and very helpful. We also booked water taxi transfers with Faville which made things really easy.

I'm bring picky here as there really wasn't much to criticise but I think matress protectors would be a nice addition. Everything else was great!

very difficult to find the apartment on the first day, no kitchen towels to dry dishes, no cleaning products available, almost no toilet paper, which is a problem for late arrivals

Disappointing

The toilet was smelling badly especially after use of the shower. One bed broke and our son had to sleep on the floor. The location was wrongly indicated in Google maps and it took us a while to find it. Overall too expensive for what you get.

Grandisima localizacion en uno de los barrios con mas encanto de Venecia

La ubicación y la atención fueron excepcionales. La casa esta muy bien equipada. No nos dio tiempo a visitar la terraza, pero aun asi estabamos encantados con el piso.

Que una calefaccion estaba rota y no habia manera de bajarla manualmente. Pero al dia siguiente escribi y conseguimos que no volviera a par.

Квартира гарна, організації жахлива.

Розташування зручне, прямо над каналом, велика квартира, багато посуду, кавоварка. Гарна тераса на останньому поверсі будинку. Можливість самостійного заселення

ДУЖЕ багато дій по оформленню проживання: окремий check in на сайті помешкання ( необхідно внести детальну інформацію про кожного з проживаючих, надати скани документів, хто де народився, національність.....), окремо заплатити туристичний збір, окремо підписати договір з умовами проживання...Мільйон постійних повідомлень з нагадуванням зробити все це. Це дуже напружувало, не хотілося вже цієї квартири. Ще її не було на гугл картах. Висилали інструкцію по пошуку. В туалеті не було замка на дверях, що дуже не зручно. Забитий стік води у раковині в туалеті. Немає жодного гачка для рушника, жодної полички для речей. На кухні посудомийна машина, ледь знайшли для неї миючу таблетку і лише 1. Жили там 3 ночі, треба було самим купувати всі миючі засоби для машинки або мити посуд руками. Власник багато разів нагадував помити посуд, а забезпечити миючими засобами не спромігся. Ще треба було самим виносити сміття, що ненормально, отримали знову ж таки інструкцію (це вони люблять)щодо розташування баку в 10 хвилинах від будинку, але його там не виявилося. Пів ранку ходили з пакетами сміття і шукали баки по Венеції, так їх і не знайшли. Виявляється по неділях там сміття не вивозять і чомусь баків теж немає. Ліжка дуже скрипіли. Неприємно, бо квартира гарна, але такі дрібниці псували все враження,а їх усунути майже нічого не коштує

Buon soggiorno, casa accogliente e pulita, e lo sarebbe di più con qualche coccola visto la tariffa

la casa è ben arredata, e pulita. non semplice da raggiungere in quanto i vicoli nei dintorni sono tortuosi.

per la cifra pagata mi sarei aspettato almeno dell'acqua in frigo e un paio di cialde di caffe

La "casa" degli orrori

Niente!!

Tuttto! Questo appartamento non può essere denominato "Suite"! Appartamento sporco (capelli trovati sui divani), struttura fatiscente, bagno piccolissimo (insufficiente) e usurato (porta carta igienica tutto arrugginito, pessime rifiniture e malandate). Viene proposto con una terrazza, che in verità può essere utilizzata solo per fare delle foto per un breve periodo di tempo, in quanto è uno spazio comune accessibile a tutti i condomini dello stabile. Da una suite ci si aspetta molta più qualità e cura rispetto a quanto trovato in questo "appartamento". Rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente non all'altezza della situazione: costo ingiustificato per quanto offerto!!! Altamente sconsigliato!
