We loved the location, close enough to everything without being on top of the over populated area of the Basillica. It was easy to get on and off the water taxi due to the lower population of tourists. No long waits to go anywhere. A lively Piazza nearby and supermarket. Also the cutest fruit and vege market on a boat, we loved it bought lots of fruit.
One shower we couldn't use, we turned it on and it dribbled. We used the main blue bathroom and it worked beautifully.

Comfortable with lots of room. Furnished in an interesting way. Lots of facilities close by.
Difficulty with climbing stairs as we had heavy luggage. Difficult to find the place.

The property met expectations and had plenty of space.

The location was good and it was out of the way. We liked that there was extra blankets because it was chilly at night. Showers were good with enough hot water.
Some of the pillows were uncomfortable. The walls were thin and it was loud from the apartments below and above us as well as street noise.
