Wir waren hier mit zwei Famillien. Insgesamt vier Erwachsene, zwei Vierjährige und ein Zweijähriger. Die Vierjährigen hatten ein eigenes Zimmer und durch das Doppelbett konnte der Zweijährige prima bei den Eltern im Bett schlafen. Es war alles super sauber und bei Fragen war die Vermieterin immer hilfreich zur Hand. Im Garten konnten die Kinder spielen und die Eltern gemütlich sitzen. Die Stühle sind zwar nicht besonders bequem, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Waschmaschine ist praktisch und draußen kann man aufhängen. Im Winter hätte ich aber keine Idee, wo man im Haus afhängen könnte. Im Sommer kein Problem. Alles in allem alles top! Geschirr ist alles da, was man braucht. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Très bien situé, dans la verdure, à proximité du vaporetto , de commerces de bonne qualité et un bar restaurant très sympa ( excellente qualité de la cuisine).Bémol pour un séjour à quatre pour une semaine : pas de placards pour ranger les vêtements dans deux des chambres, dans la troisième : un seul occupé aux deux tiers par des couettes, oreillers... , dans la salle de bains indépendante, petit placard occupé par des produits de nettoyage 🤨donc rien pour poser ,et la deuxième mini "sdb " n'est qu'une douche avec toilettes et lave main sans rien pour poser et inondation garantie( pas de serpillière donc utilisation du tapis de bains pour éponger , ressorti assez sale de l'aventure....) LOL.Le jardin sympa , beaux arbres ,mais laissé à l'abandon et le mobilier très sale . Quant à la wi-fi elle ne marche qu'un tiers du temps 🤨. Donc bel appartement dans un environnement très agréable mais qui aurait besoin de quelques aménagements supplémentaires,rangement et éclairages .

Location of the flat was great as one can walk to the centre of Venice within 20 minutes or the water bus stop is less than 300 metres from the flat. The area is very quiet with many local Italians living nearby, local shop has basics and the nearby pizza restaurant is good value for money.
The flat was clean but we felt that it would benefit from having a sofa or comfy chair in the large kitchen to relax in after a long day walking around beautiful Venice - there is no separate sitting room and the window seat is not for relaxing on! Also there is virtually no storage in two of the bedrooms yet there is room for a chest of drawers. Garden could also do with a bit of tidy up.
Overall it did met our requirements as a base from which to explore the city and surrounding islands.
